Went in store bought 2 pair of kswiss tubes one was marked 44$ and change the other red clearance tag for 30 she charged me 110$ and change when I asked she said oh they are not on sale any more put sale signs everywhere I don't think I ever go back so rude
A decent selection for our area. Hard to find your size specifically for what you want but they are helpful and do sales on varying things regularly.

The ladies who work here are fantastic! They helped me find the perfect pair of shoes for my niece. They have great sales & discounts here. Best place to by shoes in the Franklin, NC area.
This visit was a waste of time. My daughter and I went to purchase shoes, however the associate didn't seem interested in assisting us. The set up in the store has a shoe sitting on a shoe box which should represent the boxes contain that style or brand. Nopperz, you have to look into the boxes to find what you're looking for. Now, the associate walks around, but if you are interested in a specific style or width, he moves to the next customer who doesn't require as much help. We eventually had to leave, the conclusion was he was not going to help us, that required too much effort. As we walked out, the associate left the store to go smoke outside. Poor selection, poor service, a real waste of time. Try shoe show. I'll be there tomorrow, hopefully with a positive review
The people are VERY polite and friendly
Shoe Sensation has a good selection of shoes, friendly staff and lets you order shoes for free with fast shipping if they don't have it in your size. It's a great first job for me, the managers are very friendly and it's a warm working environment.
My husband and visited your lovely town this past weekend. After a delightful dinner we decided to do a lil shopping and saw your location ...after shopping for about 30 on Sat. Mar. 13 around 6:30 pm we stood at the checkout counter with two of your employees. Now THE young lady, rather heavy set with a black see-threw top on playing the so called manager on duty, set in the shadows as if she were training the young lady on the register, whom, by the conversation that the whole store could hear, we now is pregnant... congratulations . I was asked my phone number, where I lived and the zip code to our location, both questions I answered but became concerned since we were about to spend cash. Then when I was asked, quote..."first & last"....and replied, quote "of what" with frustration at this point. And promptly explained that we are going to pay with cash and would not like to give her our life history. The young lady setting propped up to the side snapped up stating that we should not loose our receipt incase of a return, then turned her back to us. And before we could finish the sales she comes back our counter a begins clicking her finger nails on the counter....at this point, folks, I'm furious. I don't EVER want to cause someone to loose they're job but I NEVER want to be treated that way by...lil, big see-threw shirt, or anyone. I am your guest....purchasing your items. You should always make you customer want to return tomorrow for another pair of shoes. I'm tired and frustrated of letting folks get by with kind of nonsense. Renee' Ayers of Green Mtn NC
Super Place actually had shoes to fit my husband for Halloween that's amazing he wears a 12 in women's. They also were able to order me a pair of boots that I've been looking for that will actually fit me. I have wide calves.
