The prices are great,I loved the variety of shoes &the coupons on the App but the cashier's were extremely rude on the phone while I'm waiting to pay for my things and I was told by one of the cashier's to move back because she was on the phone someone needs to check her customer service skills..but my overall experience was great
Trying to shop on-line because staff is dedicated to curbside orders...However, I am unable to search for shoes by European size and this makes it difficult to shop on-line for a EUR 35.5. Shoes can't be searched for by cm or UK size either.
It was my first time at this location. I had called to ask if they had a shoe in the store with the correct size that I needed. They did and offered to put it on hold. During the call they were very polite. When I arrived the next day it was busy. The cashiers counter was loaded with cashiers and there were also staff on the floor. The staff were all kinds, had smiles and great customer service. Even tho the line was long for checkout, the line went fast and the cashiers were friendly at checkout.
It might have shoes but no bathroom for the patrons!!!!! What great management. Instead of shopping for shoes just buy them online. While shopping online you can pause and use the restroom. Hey dsw treat your money stream like guest.
There a hit and a miss with the selection of shoes, I've found plenty of sale items here, overall there better then some other dsw locations
The past couple times I visited this location the sales associates at the checkout counter are not friendly at all. The first time the cashier forgot to remove the security device and when I returned back in she seemed annoyed and unapologetic. The second time I had a point offer which I qualified for and was told yes you qualify unfortunately we cannot apply call customer service. Basic thank you for your purchase doesn’t even occur. Seems to me that DSW needs better training for employees.
This was my first visit to the store. First impression, lots of shoes and some at good prices. But the interior wasn't neat. There was shoes and boxes all over the floor. But I liked the sandals I got and the staff was helpful and friendly when I checked out.
Great place for shoes at a discount price. Mainly for women but also have a wide variety of shoes for men. Be sure to check the close out racks at the rear of the store for some really good buys.
Never a disappointment! The manager brought me the shoes I wanted to exchange mine for & they even held my place in line when I went to try on a different pair. I also got to keep my original discount which technically I should not have transferred. The people that work here are always wonderful.
Great selection just a messy store with shoe boxes scattered and you had to look through the boxes to find the ones you wanted. The UGG collection was really out of sorts and messy.
