Running Fit

No customer service etiquette. Came in high visibility motorcycle riding jacket. Totally ignored by staff. There were 3 customers 2 I believe related and 3rd one been attended to; so I sat by the wall -visible to both salesperson- waiting for staff to acknowledge my presence. 15 minutes after me, next customer was greeted and attended promptly. 2 Star because male employee apologized. Came with recommendation from family members. First and last time.

Excellent place for running enthusiasts- young, old, new or experienced! Great selection of footwear, running accessories and apparel. I enrolled in the 5K training at this location in April 2023 and received several enviable discounts. When I ran a mile in jeans to raise awareness on mental health, I received another gift card. There are several vendors who let you try on new shoes and run in them with no obligation to purchase them. It's not just another store to shop, the crew who work here are runners themselves; they strive to help one choose the best equipment for their budget and needs. The manager of the West Bloomfield store is genuinely considerate and had advised me on sports injuries several times. I will definitely return here for future purchases.

My podiatrist recommended them to me and told me which shoe to buy. Mark was amazing, knew exactly what I needed, fitted me perfectly and I’m very happy with my new walking shoes. I’ve already recommended them to several of my friends. Thank you for a great shoe shopping experience!

Mark has provided me with exceptional customer care both times I have shopped here. He is knowledgeable, personable, incredibly helpful, and he made me feel welcome and appreciated, which can be a rarity in retail. He even helped me special order a specific pair of Brooks that I wanted but weren’t in stock in my size. Mark has earned my business, and my loyalty. I had a great first time experience here today. Found the perfect shoe for my upcoming race ON Cloudmonsters. Excellent customer service, great collection available at the store, and good prices. They don’t have a treadmill anymore but they let you run around the plaza to test the shoes. I loved that.

Miriam gave me the best shoe buying experience I ever had. She assisted me with a very comfortable, well fitting shoe. Her knowledge, passion and professionalism was a welcoming change for purchasing something as important as a good fitting shoe for sore feet. I definitely will continue to buy my shoes from Fleet Feet Running Fit as long as I encounter staff like Miriam. She knows what your feet needs and patiently assist you in finding your superb fit!

I was just in today and Max helped me find the perfect insoles for my shoes! He had me stand on a scanner that analyses your foot arch, width, length, etc. I am a PA working long hours in the OR and want good arch support as well as max cushion. I used to use RoadRunner “custom” insoles but the insoles that Max found for me already seem much better! He was so informative and passionate about finding the best fit for me. Shoutout to Max!!!

Wide selection of shoes. I was recommended here by my podiatrist and have no complaints. I was in and out with a new pair of shoes that were exactly what my feet needed. Looks like it would be a great running store as well if that was one of your hobbies.

It never occured to me that buying shoes would be such a great experience. I was planning to go in and find a shoe and try it on and hope it fits. I had the BEST customer service one could imagine. Miram was so helpful and knowledgeable. She tried different sizes and styles. She was so smart and friendly. I am for sure telling everyone to buy shoes from Running Fit and hopefully Miriam will be working and she will provide you with a great shoe. Store also had some great deals on sunglasses and socks.

Just bought the perfect shoes that are sized correctly by the Professional Staff. My Podiatrist recommended this place. I love this place and will be getting my shoes from here from now on
