In a time where families need compassion, understanding and gentleness- this place lacks. They did nothing more but cause more stress to our family in a time of grieving. The funeral director was rude, dry, made inappropriate comments regarding our deceased loved one and did not stay on top of his part of our agreement, and blamed his boss instead of taking responsibility for his mistake. If you don’t have the heart and passion that this job requires then please leave. The stress and anger you cause grieving families stays with them. The saying is true- you get what you paid for, they may be the cheapest in Crowley but it’s not worth the money saved.

This place was a circus. The information posted on the obituary published by them was a huge lie and they knowingly published it anyway. The staff was very rude and had no compassion. Flowers that were sent to the deceased by other people not present were removed from the room and thrown away. Just a total disrespect to the deceased and the surviving family members. I would not recommend this place to create the last memory of your loved one.
