You simply can not beat good customer service in today's time. Within moments we had answers to our questions and many pestering calls, and were never greeted with anything other than detailed answers and kindness. We are won over for future use.
Paula Jurenas is the best paralegal in the Grand Strand. She and Michelle Parker kept me informed and answered any questions I had. Nancy attorney explains everything well during the actual closing but moves swiftly so you can get to even more exciting things like unpacking! LOL! I have used Dunes Law before and will continue to use them. They take great care of their clients!
Closed for absolutely no reason the day after a tropical storm when it’s sunny and 82 outside. Everywhere else is open even if they come in at a delay. Completely ridiculous.
I had to fire them before I hired them. That’s how bad they are. They’re not answering the phone not returning emails. They said they will take the case they took all the important documents from me but they don’t want to start a case! non-professional at all!! so don’t waste your time and if you are in the office, just ran away when you read this review, if you are reading reviews, don’t spend your time and call them!! do not ! they don’t wanna work. Just want to waste your time. And then, when you come to pick up your papers back because you didn’t receive any service, they want from you $300 fee basically for wasting your own time. Of course I didn’t pay, but I tried reception girls very nice. Don’t let it impact your decision. I had a very bad experience let’s call it case manager, Miss Lisa.
Customer service is awful. They use an online portal system instead of calling or emailing clients - zero stars.
On April 29th my husband and I drove down from PA to go to closing of our new home in Conway, SC. The experience couldn't have been more unpleasant for my husband's first home buying experience. We didn't get any warm welcome, hello, welcome to South Carolina...NOTHING! We were told to go to the conference room to sign papers and when we were finished Jenn's assistant said, " that's it"! Again...no Congratulations! Gave us our key and said we couldn't move in until the papers went through its proper channels. I mean talk about sad! There was no Southern Hospitality there at all!!! Won't refer them that's for sure!!!
Someone dropped the ball when I bought my place almost 5 years ago a loan satisfied document was never put in the file. So when I got a contract on it in March and a new closing attorney started to process the closing she couldn't without the document. Now it has been found at the originating bank and we are set to close mid May. I want to especially thank Thomas Stanley attorney who was the closing attorney for delaying my closing and my life for 2 months! Don't come back saying I chose you because I didn't. Realtors usually guide their clients to a closing atty. Your lucky the buyer's didn't back out if they had I would be suing you for the full amount plus damaged and pain and suffering.
Thomas and his team are great. He is so personable, which is such a blessing when it comes to dealing with any situation that requires an attorney. They made the process of selling my home a breeze, and probably one of the most responsive companies with which I have ever done business. Emails were answered almost immediately. I would absolutely do business with them again.
