Dunkin' Donuts

I loved this new hummus and roasted tomato toast. The staff at this location was friendly. I was pleased to see a wide selection of items compared to other locations. I will definitely be coming back to this location.Takeout: Yes

Awful drive up service! Placed a mobile order and it wasn’t right. Can’t even call because voice mail is full. Didn’t have time to go back to have it corrected. Such an inconvenience. Most locations in this area are the same! No quality help or service….for coffee! Wish I could give zero stars!

Most of the staff are very friendly. Their peak hours in the morning our chaotic. Lines are long and it takes a long time to get your food The staff running around trying to get orders ready, including the drive thru person. There needs to be a better system where everyone has their own position to focus on. The drive thru member apologized for the wait and yelled that they needed help and the manager finally came out. They appear stressed

I try not to leave negative reviews and to this store's credit, the food we got for breakfast was up to Dunkin' standards. What wasn't was the attitude of one of the staff members. I ordered a hot chai latte and it came out iced. No big deal, this happens sometimes. I pointed out the error to the staff member who gave us the drink and she said, "I'm pretty busy right now." I had to get back in line and the nice staff member at the register corrected the error. Mistakes happen all the time and how a store handles them shows its character. Unfortunately, this was not a very good day for Dunkin's Fuquay-Varina store. We wish there was a good Dunkin' in Benson or Dunn. Save us time and maybe take some of the load off of this store.

Went here and ordered a 25 piece munchkin box, a medium caramel craze, and a coffee. Register lady had a bit of a sour attitude while taking our order, but gave us our munchkins right away. My boyfriend and I are eating them and we’re wondering where are the drinks?? We are the ONLY people inside and there’s only maybe about 5 cars in the driveway.I look at the receipt and the time ordered reads 3:32…it is now 3:48! I go up to the counter to get someone’s attention, a lady looks at me and goes about her business. So then I wait in line to get a refund because im fed up of waiting. I will NOT be coming back

They were out of several types of donuts at 1130 am on Saturday. We purchased a dozen donuts and most were stale. Do not waste your time or money here. Very disappointing.Food: 1/5

The quality is Dunkin Donuts, not much to expect there. Unfortunately the only time I went it was impossible to find out the price of donuts from the menu prior to purchase. Most donuts also were out of stock. Not showing your prices ahead of time is a weird practice

I enjoy my ground Dunkin hazelnut coffee. They usually have the 3 lbs for $20 deal. Now all of a sudden they don't have that deal anymore. Oh well i guess i will find another DD.Food: 3/5

The baking of the donuts was extremely disappointing. When I go to a DD, I expect consistency with the donut flavors and textures. Sour cream is my favorite donut, and it was fluffy not supposed to be fluffy and the flavor was disgusting. Wasted my money on a dozen donuts.

Terrible customer service. Stood there about 10 minutes without anyone saying anything. Then the girl came up to the counter like she didn’t want to help. Luckily I was picking up an order for someone else because I would’ve walked out
