Used to work here, we did not make the donuts, we would warm them up, glaze them and put them in a box. We had a thing called the ‘hotbox’ where boxes of donuts would go for up to 2 hours and would sit. When I was there I was kind enough to get actually fresh ones off the conveyor belt and serve them. For 13.52 you can get a dozen, at least that’s what it was, not sure what it is now probably like 20. All the flavors apart from OG original glazed would be made at the Raleigh location and would be sent by a box truck unrefrigerated to the FV location. So there’s that. Have a wonderful day y’all.

I got up early to get my wife on mother's day the cinnamon rolls they prompted. This KK location in Fuquay is about a good 20-25 minute drive from my house. I was a little irritated when I was told at 6:30am that they didn't have any. I asked for clarification due to how early it was. You don't have any? I was then told yes that is correct, we did not get any this morning on our truck. As disappointed as I am this is not the first time this has happened. It has been my experience with this location if it is a promotion item. It's a flip of a coin if their going to have it or not. I have had this happen before. I didn't say anything that time. However, I am not sure that it would have done any good. I see many reviews on this store and it seems like nothing has been done. From rude workers managers to unsanitary conditions. I have not seen a response from a manager or someone in leadership. We probably will not see a response or change. Until the leadership sees that it's not KK that pays their bills, it us the customer. Then there will be no change. If you're interested in a change let me know. I think I can help. Have a great day. If you really want Krispy Kreme go to the original on Peace Street in Raleigh, this place isn't as fresh and not worth your time for exceptional flavor and quality.

Not sure what is up with this location but there is always some kind of “issue” happening. Doors are locked the day after. Line around the block. I can't cancel my online order as it's paid for and ready for pick up. I've been in line over thirty minutes now.

We came 6/7/23 one hour before closing and place looked like they were closing , but they were open. Sign on door says no hot doughnuts, cookers are broken and Raleigh delivers product here daily for us to sell. We go in and sign on counter says we only have glazed, cake batter and lemon filled available. Asked for some lemon filled and guys says we don't have any,just whats on the sign. Showed him sign and he balled it up and threw it away and said glazed or cake batter only, ovens are broken. I asked how long ovens have been broke and he said he had no idea, because had only been there around 2 months. It was the Fiance birthday, so we got 6 of each of what they had and left. $18 for 12 pieces. Got home to enjoy them and glazed ones were getting hard and tasted days old and worse than in the box from grocery store for less money. Cake batter filled could barely be called filled and sprinkles were old and chewy instead of crunchy. $18 and had to use microwave to make them even edible, tat is sad. No fresh product, no selection, no ovens, rude staff, No thank you. I will buy doughnuts from the gas stations glass container next time, they are better and cheaper. Come on Krispy Kreme , you gotta do better than this.

Immediately greeted and helped with order. Staff was friendly. Store was clean and display case was full even late in the afternoon. Have had lots of great experiences at this Krispy Kreme.

They never have donuts even when the store has only been open for just a few hours. The stuff is usually pretty rude except for one single male worker who is pretty fantastic. Overall the place sucks

I am very conflicted with Krispy Kreme right now. On one hand they have the best doughnuts I have ever had. Regardless of what type you get, it’s gonna be good. But I can’t justify anyone paying 15-20 bucks for a dozen glazed donuts. It’s too expensive to go without a gift card from someone.
