This Dunkin' is on the corner of Pearl and York Rd in Parma/Parma Hts depends on who you ask lol. KUDOS to Sophie for providing a 5-star experience!!!!! She greeted me with such enthusiasm that I almost went back out the door to hear it all over again!! Sophie was friendly, professional, courteous...I could go on and on; but, instead I encourage you to ‍‍‍‍ there asap. Parking: Parking is FREE

Asked for Pumpkin Spice no cream no sugar. They gave it to me with cream and sugar. The lady at the window took it back then came back to the window and said I personally made this you're all set. I get home and its still loaded with cream and sugar. Why is asking for black coffee so impossible for a freakin coffee and donut place. I even asked her in the line if I could get it black...oh sure no problem. You dont even want to order things out anymore because people are so clueless and simply dont care. Take some pride in your work for goodness sakes.

I asked for an ice latte and I got a cup of milk so I turned around to get another coffee and the girl literally just put the smallest amount of expresso into the cup I ordered extra shots this is why Starbucks has my heart So two trips in line 25 minutes on my Saturday morning thx

Dunkin’ Donuts on York road, Parma hts. loose a lot of points lately, I used to love coming here, but ever time I order coffee from them lately the coffee would be super cold, I order a small hot dark roast coffee and it’s always cold, I would have to stop at a gas station to use they’re microwave to heat it up, I don’t know Dunkin y’all gotta do better, your definitely loosing a customer.

This dunkin was so great when it first opened, now it's terrible. They need to train their staff on how to better prepare the food. I hope it gets better. Whoever own this store really needs to step up.

It was the young man’s first on the job he did an amazing job making my pumpkin spice coffee it’s the season for me!

Rude staff. Served raw food. When asked to have it cooked, was given my food burnt and thrown in bag along wiyh napkins bawled up. Refused to give me a refund. If you are going to let kids run the store with no Manger on duty then maybe we should contact the health dept...who is serv safe?

I’m not even going to explain my experience here. All I have to say is I agree with everyone’s negative review on here. This is the worse Dunkin Donuts, I will never be back at this one again. There is a lot more Dunkin Donuts. I rate this location a 0 star.

Sadly this dunking has taken a turn for the worst. I am used to the lines being long and service on the slower side because of it. Cold bagels, cold coffee completely regarding asking for extra caramel. This used to be my daily stop but not anyone. Lost a customer
