The Clubhouse
"The Clubhouse is now open for dine-in in the bar and dinning room! We are so happy and blessed to be back up and fully running and have already had the privilege of seeing so many of our loyal customers! We can not thank you enough for all of your support while we try to navigate the new changes and challenges that the restaurant industry faces. My first time back here in 8 years. I came here often for dart league. My favorite thing to order was was, the seafood pizza. They'd charge $1 per shrimp but I was worth it! They no longer have that pizza anymore, unfortunately. But, the perch was delicious! I had it with a baked potato and applesauce. Enjoyed the service and my experience greatly. Cant wait to come back
My first time at the Clubhouse was welcoming and charming. All of the gals working treated me so nicely and made me feel right at home. They make a great team. My food was prepared quickly and it was as good as I had anticipated!! Reasonable prices and relaxing atmosphere. I recommend. Vegetarian options: Several fish choices and meatless appetizers and entrees Kid-friendliness: More adult-like setting in the evening Parking: Large and easy parking lot
My go to stop in Parma/heights for outstanding home cooked meals!! Nice large menu to satisfy the pickiest of eaters. Their Chicken Paprikash is second to no other and pretty much what they are known for. My go to is usually the Yuengling Battered haddock dinner! Add a side salad and an ice cold bevvie and you cannot go wrong. Lots and friendly and talkative regulars make for a great time while sitting at the bar. Staff is attentive and genuinely caring. Great spot!!!
Tried this place for the first time today after reading the decent reviews. I'm not trying to be rude but give an honest feedback about what I ordered there today. The service was A+. The food on the other hand, insulting. First of, the lobster bisque soup should be taken out of the menu. After I had a few taste the server offered an alternative [brocc soup > ok] she said the lobster soup " it's an acquired taste ". She's correct. That bisque is an acquired taste for someone who has never eaten THeee lobster bisque. Next, the fried perch. The breading falling off because the fish meat is not fully cook. ...Come on man. Lastly, I came for the paprikash. I'm used to ordering it at Polish Diner so I came to check out the Club's. Lawrd.. Seriously. !? Next time , I'll settle for beer and fries. Thank you.
Always enjoy eating here. Drink specials are priced right. Good variety of dishes. Plus, I always take home leftovers. Parking: Lots of parking available!
Got the Hungarian Goulash, it was excellent. Very rich gravy, tender beef and thick dumplings, and the large plate was enough that I had a second meal of leftovers. The corn chowder was also very well made. I kept getting stared at by an elderly man a few tables down who must have thought I was his best friend Gerome who he saw die in Vietnam, or perhaps he just liked my hair. I live pretty far away but was out visiting someone and decided on this location randomly and I'm glad I did, and will probably stop there again next time I'm in the area.
What an excellent atmosphere. The food is great and won't break the wallet. The over and beyond customer service is very impressive. I never remember waitress name but one stands out there. Laura. Her level of service goes way beyond any server anywhere.
It's got a vibe. The bar is the majority of the seating. Tables are tight but manageable to sit. Service is there. Kitchen should know when they are going to get busy. The question is if they will, but it is not horrible. As with any time you go out there these days, there are many things that are going wrong, it's just what it is nowadays. The service industry is a after thought. The best way to enter and exit would be the side door the back door is the smoking area and it smells like it. Wow's. Parking: Beware the world knows about Parma heights best kept secret . The parking lot is full and busy, be careful.
Nice place. Solid pierogi, the chicken paprikash was good too.
Menu is a little all over the place, but the food is all pretty good. The best chicken paprikash in the area. Small restaurant that doesn't get a ton of notice, but plenty of quality food and variety.
