Dunkin' Donuts

Ordered a toasted buttered bagel at the drive thru on my way to work. Sign correctly identified that canola oil infused butter spread not real butter was used. The thing is, what I didn’t know is that that meant that what I got would be an oily liquid mess that literally spilled out onto my work slacks, ruining them. DD’s penny or so a serving saved on real butter cost me $50 in clothes. Since I can’t afford new work clothes on a regular basis, I won’t be ordering again. Not sure if that’s a good business call or not…..

Slowest dunkin ever. The past few times I’ve gone to this location I’ve been sitting in the drive through for almost a half hour. That’s unacceptable. This last time, they took so long my kid knocked out.

I had to wait for 30 mins in drive thru to get everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. Their staff works at a pare of a snail

Didn't pay attention that the lid wasn't on the cup, and from what I remember in my Dunkin' career days, any beverage made with swirls were to be stirred.. just very unorganized @ opening time

Fast and friendly! I've always been satisfied after buying from my nearby Dunkin' Donuts, or Dunkin' these days. I normally order a simple black coffee and by the time they've handed it to me and I've left only *maybe* 2 minutes have passed. Staff is great, everything is clean, and I always leave happy.

Very friendly...quick service....clean. parking lot small. But i go there because people are polite and they get to recognize the regular customers. Great everyone with a smile and wear awesome holidays hats!!! One guy always says upbeat things..such as Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays each time. So cheerful especially with all that's going on. Those workers never miss a day of work I believe. They are amazing!!

My go to location for coffee since it right near my job. I'm not sure if they changed management or are just lacking employees who care, but in the last year or so the food is always either burnt or cold. No happy medium. My coffee is usually good, but the food used to be much better. I rely on getting breakfast here sometimes, and recently I'm just disappointed.

Zero stars would be better, worst experience yet. What was suppose to be a enjoyable outing with my daughter for some Halloween themed donuts turned out to be a profanity laced tirade by the manager about frustrated customers and her not being able to keep up. After 10 minutes of listening to this rant I should have left after a minute, we did finally complete our outing thanks to the great staff at the Dunkin Donuts at 1573 Western Ave. Won't be back to this location. Save yourself the trip and utilize any other location. Worst DD in the Capital District.

I usually never have a problem with this Dunkin. The morning crew is GREAT, I love them and they always make sure my coffee is delicious. I showed up to get coffee Saturday afternoon on 11/14 and the girl who made my drinks was rather rude. She acted like she didn’t even want to be there. I will never come here after 11am
