Dunkin'

By far the worst dunkin in the entire area. The employees act like you're a problem for ordering, and good luck getting what you ordered! Placed a mobile order 2 miles away, coffee still wasn't ready with only 1 car in front of me. And they really need retraining on their food cooking, 9/10 times the food is still cold. Afternoon crew is way better than the morning for sure though.

Asked for medium hot coffee with whole milk. Looked as if it was made fresh, but the bottom of the cup was covered and about a quarter inch up with grounds!! It was ugly and I did not appreciate the crounds in my mouth!! Terrible!!Food: 1/5

The morning crew is the best! I walk in and feel like Norm from Cheers. They bust their butts but always greet you with a smile and “have a nice day”’ upon completion of the order. When it gets too busy, be nice to them, it is not their fault!!

I really can’t stand this Dunkin’ Donuts every time I come here there’s an issue the people are so rude. The dining room is never open you always have to go to drive-through today I purchased a small latte half of it was foam the other half was coffee for five bucks. What a bunch of crooks and it tasted horrible. This is why me and my wife stop coming to this one and we definitely will not be coming back after this. This is the last straw.

All of these employees are on drugs. Literally acting as if they just shot up heroin in the bathroom. Go across the street to Cumberland if you need coffee.

I love Dunkin. This one needs some cleaning up and maintenance. They have let the grounds go. Please show some pride of ownership. Plant some flowers. Do it for your customers and community.Food: 4/5

Pathetic ! Not even this unfair practice could hep them get a decent rating. I’ve been stopping her for 5 years now as it is the only DD on my way to work. If you like being surprised and don’t care what you eat this is the place to stop. Order is almost always wrong! It’s like hitting the lottery when they get it right. All my co workers have the same problem there too. It’s the joke of the town!

No shot anyone is giving this place anything but 1 star. The chance you’ll get your correct order is 1 in a million. They should have a celebration bell whenever a customer gets a correct order, although it would never be used. Do you not hire people with comprehension skills??

Dude I dealt with didnt want to be there. I guess I can't blame him. Also got my order wrong.
