Dunkin'

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts by far. They are always messing up my orders. Whenever I see this particular worker working I know that my order will be terrible. She made my order wrong again yesterday and when asked to remake it, she started making excuses. I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts so often, but half the time I am really disappointed. Unfortunately, this is the only Dunkin’ Donuts in my town. Really hope that the management is seeing this and will try to improve themselves.

Had the sugar cookie donut, it was so sweet i couldnt believe it. My mom spit it out after she tried it. The vanilla chair frozen thing wasnt bad and they were all friendly.

I stopped in here as it was on my way to my destination after making a stop at a Dunkin' donuts on East main Street in Waterbury.. the location in Waterbury made my coffee wrong not once, but twice! I was hoping that the location in Middlebury would help me out as I spend a large amount of money every week at different locations throughout the state and have come to this location many times before in the past. I explained to the person behind the counter my situation and was wondering if they would honor my purchase by making me the correct coffee free of charge.. other locations have done this for me in the past. The young lady explained to me she was instructed not to remake coffees from other locations.. I was surprised and very disappointed and definitely will not solicit this location any longer.

The DD in Southbury, CT is awesome. Each staff member goes above and beyond the call of duty. The store is kept clean as much as possible. After their rushes its obvious that they clean up, and straighten up their items that are for sale. Some of your staff is new, and yet to remember my name. The staff that I know fur quite awhile always greet me by my name. I'm a very outgoing woman, I say hello to everybody. Whether they answer me or not. We never know what someone might be enduring on any day. A smile, a kind word, buy someone a cup of coffee or tea just might be that special little gift to help them reality there are many people who do respond to humankind. Went here twice, very rude staff and takes forever to put together any order. Won’t be going back

Nice atmosphere & good service but the coffee quality has gone down, not much flavor & weak Parking: Parking is good except during certain rush hrs, eg 10am-noon

Nice people, good service so far.

Seems to be under new management. Was once a very friendly, efficient shop. However, on my most recent visit, took 15 minutes after I ordered just to get a coffee. Staff appears totaly disorganized. It's a pity. Really used to like this place.
