Dunkirk Dental Associates DOES NOT participate in Marlyand's Healthy Smiles Adult dental program that went into effect January 6th 2023. Additionally debbie whom i spoke to on the phone was extremely disrespectful upon being informed of this information and let me know their office opted to not participate in this program.
Dunkirk Dental,friendly ,customer service is great ,always willing to help,especially in my cases needing emergency work done,never turn me away,does wonderful service.
Besides being competent and professional, Dr. Frazer has a very calming manner about him which is most important to me. He thoroughly explains what he is going to do and takes the time to address any concerns. The hygienists and staff are also helpful and pleasant. Melanie is a super hygienist, Sandy is always pleasant and helpful in scheduling, and Debbie does a great job managing the insurance companies. I have been going here for 20 years and strongly recommend this practice. As an aside, my brother who lives in PA had a tooth emergency when he was visiting and they scheduled him in the next morning and fixed him up at a very reasonable cost. He said he would switch dentists if it weren't a 4 hour drive each way.
I have been going to this dentist office for many years. They have my highest recommendation. The staff is cheerful and welcoming. Sandy is so helpful. If you cancel an appointment she will help you to reschedule cheerfully. Grace, the Hygienist, is top-of-the-line. She is excellent. She knows her job and performs it to perfection. The staff was incredibly friendly and the office was very clean. I made an appointment here, as I needed an oral appliance made, and their pricing was literally $3000 cheaper than a certain dentist office extremely close by to them. The dentist herself was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me including the billing process which no other office has ever bothered doing and made me feel very comfortable with the process. Not to mention the building that it’s located in is old and looks like it’s been beautifully restored.
Go see Grace at Dunkirk Dental! She is personable, kind, thorough, experienced, knowledgeable and great at what she does. She and the rest of the crew will make you feel special the moment you enter the clinic with always remembering your name and something unique about you. My teeth have been going strong for 26 years and it’s all thanks to them!
I have been a patient with this practice for many years. Everyone from the front office staff to the hygienists to the oral assistants, have been extremely professional and accommodating. They answer my questions honestly and provide me with the guidance that I need to make decisions on the proper dental treatment. Sandy has especially gone out of her way to get me or my family members appointments when issues came up. I would recommend this practice to anyone in Calvert County.
I have been going to Dr. Moy for close to 15 years! I don’t trust anyone else with my teeth. He is very attentive, straightforward, and very skilled. He doesn’t pressure patients to do dental work that may be unnecessary and often expensive. He understands the high costs associated with dental work, and that not everyone can afford the “ideal” treatment plan. He simply lists the pros, cons, and alternatives and let’s the patient decide. I live in Northern VA and travel over 70 miles one way to see him for any major dental work. I recently developed tooth pain and was able to get seen right away. I ended up needing a root canal and he made time to squeeze me in and treated me like I was his top priority! He is truly the best! His daughter also goes by Dr. Moy works as a dentist at the same practice and is just like him in all the best ways! As they say, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree! I can’t recommend their practice enough and the quality of work, treatment of patients, and customer service is superior! The same front desk staff have been there for years actually as long as I can remember, and are always so kind and accommodating whenever I call! They are also very knowledgeable about what insurance will cover, and about any out-of-pocket cost patients might incur. I’ve had a lot of dental work done in past years, and unfortunately I found that good and honest dentists are hard to come by! Trust me when I say, you will have the best experience that you can get at a dental office hands down!!!
Dunkirk Dental Associates are an amazing team of dental professionals . From scheduling to check out , everything went smoothly. Everyone there is friendly, talented and professional. I had a great cleaning with Grace . I’m so happy to have a new dental home . Thank you !
I never have to wait for appointment. If I have an appointment at 3 I'm seen at 3. The staff is exceptional and thorough. I've had some very extensive dental surgery done by both Dr Moy and Dr Ashley Moy. Both are excellent and have given me top shelf care. I feel privileged and thankful to have received such exceptional dental care. I I cannot express how much I sincerely appreciate both of these professionals. These doctors and their staff have always shown me their kindness and compassion. I am grateful and I highly recommend this group. They are an awesome team together.
