DuPage Children's ENT & Allergy: Manali Amin, MD

While doctor is nice, the work team really need to improve their process to make it easier. I came with my 13 months old boy. They want me to do some paperwork with credit card info upfront, which is unheard of. Fine, then they bring in a tablet and ask me to fill it out before seeing the doctor. Why can’t staff asking questions and fill out for us? They don’t get how difficult it is to fill those out while holding a baby. I came in on time and waited 30 plus minutes before seeing the doctor.

I usually don't write reviews. But this one of for helping my daughter. She basically got fluid in both ears when she was 3-4 months old. I live 2 hours and a half away from Dr Amin. The ENT where I live didn't have anything available for several months. I saw Dr Amin last December and my daughter got her surgery in January. She has been fine with no infections or discomfort since then. I am really grateful for all her work. She explained me the process very well, very informative. Staff is good. Thank you

While Dr Amin is nice, she is far from a good doctor. She was listing out multiple diagnosis without doing further testing on my baby and listing out treatments when we didn’t even know what was wrong. She was trying to force us to make decisions about our child’s care. All she knows how to do is list out “national guidelines” and does not treat the child as an individual based on their symptoms. The audiologist at this practice is even worse, no bedside manner, didn’t introduce herself and rough with children. Not sure how either of them got degrees in their field. Front desk is also not friendly at all, does not inform you of anything. Avoid this practice at all costs as the doctor will falsely diagnose your child.

Dr. Amin is great! Very professional and very nice, great with kids. She made my daughter feel comfortable and was able to break down and explained to me the causes of her symptoms. Very happy and delighted with our visit.

Dr. Amin is everything you'd ever want in your child's doctor: extremely patient, understanding, and thorough. She always takes the time to answer questions, and never rushed an appointment with us. Thanks to her, our baby girl can finally hear! Can't say enough good things about Dr. Amin. Seriously an amazing doctor!

Dr Amin is incredible. She’s knowledge, kind and incredibly patient. She fixed a tongue tie for my newborn and also did ear wells to help reshaped my newborns ears. Best decision we made. Super happy with everything Dr Amin has done and would highly recommend.

Dr. Amin was wonderful and caring and talked my daughter through the whole office visit, even when she had to have a nasal endoscopy done. I felt like we had more than enough time to talk and did not feel rushed whatsoever. She explained the plan of care, and different options for treatment and her staff was wonderful.

We saw Dr. Amin today and I have to write a review, which I don’t normally do, but she by far exceeded my expectations. We had already seen an ENT and we’re just looking for a second opinion. We planned to schedule with a Dr at Lurie’s and I completely changed my mind after meeting Dr Amin. She was so sweet and kind with my daughter, very thorough explaining the surgery my daughter needs and I thought she was amazing. I feel completely comfortable with my daughter in her hands.

Phenomenal service and the doctor is so patient and just knowledgeable. I loved how she showed me exactly what was wrong, educated me on my daughters conditions and then gave me options on treatment so I could make an informative decision for a treatment plan. She allowed me to feel like I was in complete control of what direction and what I thought was the best option for my little one. She never made us feel rushed and even answered my 5 year old’s silly questions when she would ask! Just an amazing experience with quality care overall. Thank you!
