Well, I gotta say, I love my doctor's office... 1st class all around, from the front desk to John Paul and Dr.Rozner, they are the best! The relationship I was able to develop with this medical staff, 2nd to none, always made me feel as if I was the most important patient. Always Attentive and listen to my needs, I'm truly blessed to have this staff for my family...
I highly recommend going here if you're on need of a new Primary Dr. However, it greatly depends on which Dr you see. I'm giving 5 stars for the front desk receptionists, and PA John Paul Dehler. If you're unfortunate and end up seeing Dr Tanzi, I would give him 1 star at best. I got stuck seeing Dr Tanzi a few times. He's always been very condescending and tends to treat women as inferior. He never listens to what patients say and gets them out the door as fast as he can. I originally gave 5 stars but had to knock off 1 due to Dr Tanzi. It's sad that he's still employed here. Every time I come in he's never with a patient but rather hanging around the nurses station talking. Otherwise the office is always very clean and the majority of the employees are nice and helpful.
Excellent care received at Hobson Meadows, especially from Amy Reeb, NP. I have been with this practice and Amy for 15 years and prior to her office merge with the passing of our beloved Dr. Millar. Amy provides care-with-a-smile along with courteous and friendly service. Her passion is evident in her kind, genuine demeanor. I much prefer a private-practice vs. the large clinics due to the personable service received at Hobson Meadows. I highly recommend Amy Reeb if you’re looking for someone you can confidently trust and if you too seek one-on-one care from your medical professionals.
John Paul is amazing! I’ve not had great luck with the other docs there but he is attentive and personable. Great listener and I always feel validated. Goes above and beyond. Some of the front desk people could be friendlier.
Don’t expect them to get your appointments correct. My husband scheduled 3 different appointments and the front desk assistant messed each one up. Even though I explained he’s a veteran and needed someone he could trust to go to. It shows lack of empathy and how you mess up 3 appointments is beyond me. What a let down. Honestly so hard to find a dr. I’ll never go back. Wouldn’t recommend.
This review is strictly for Dr. Jeff Tanzi. I've been going to Hobson Meadows for around ten years now. Started off with Robert Rozner and ended up with John Paul, which both are great medical professionals. I needed an appointment for my allergies that have been going on for years, but did not have an answer as to what was causing them. I've tried medicine, nasal sprays but everything seemed to wear off eventually and wanted to see what other options I had. Jeff Tanzi is the worst medical professional, if you can call him that, that I have ever met. Unfavorable, impersonal and just all around not a pleasant individual to be around. Instead of going over what options I had, like seeing a different allergy specialist or doing blood work to possibly see what I am allergic to since I haven't had those done he immediately told me to just take Zyrtec and nasal spray. When I questioned him on what options I had and what else could be causing this, he said, and I quote, "Well, you are arguing with me about everything, so what do you want me to do?" It seemed like I was a pain in the behind because I came to see him. He rushed me through the whole appointment, cut me off when I was speaking mid sentence, and offered absolutely no insight on what steps I should take to possibly pin point what was causing this. That is probably the reason why he is the only one you can get an appointment with on a short notice. Never again. The worst $50 co-pay I have ever spent. I'd rather wait for John Paul for a month or so than to ever see him again. He makes himself look like he knows it all and knows better that anyone else. I told him what I have previously tried with John Paul and all he said is " I don't see anything in here, I don't know what you were prescribed." Finally, I got a request to do blood work and he told me to go to Edwards. I asked if I could go to Quest, as it is much more convenient than Edwards, and that is where John Paul had sent me before. He said "I don't know what your insurance covers and what it doesn't." Last time I checked, you had all my insurance information on file and could easily check, as most medical offices end up doing that anyway. Overall, displeased, highly, with Jeff Tanzi. Do not waste your time, and money, scheduling an appointment with him.
I am 22 years old and I have been going to this offisce since I can remember. Every doctor I saw I have been completely pleased with. Very personable and educated. However Dr. Jeff Tanzi is, simply put, the worst. I came in complaining about severe, crippling, chronic back pain. He told me to buy a new bra. And that was it. Go to a new doctor and they find out of I have severe spine curvature issues which are bordering on scoliosis. I could have gotten scoliosis from Dr. Tanzi's neglect. He does not listen, he rushes each appointment, and does not answer any questions. If you are a woman seeing Dr. Tanzi, Lord help you. Almost everything you come in for can be apparently be caused by menstruation or a bad bra.
I'm exhausted of the front office staff. They must of got an "A" in how to make a person who walks in uncomfortable. They should NOT be your 1st person of contact, phone or other. And if you have a question and leave it with them, you can guarantee you will not get an answer.
Amazing service here. I went there for 8 years and had nothing but great service. Recommend them to anyone. John Paul, Robert Rozner and Amy Reed were the best.
I LOVE AMY!!! She’s like mom #2. Best doctor ever!!!
