This whole place is a joke. When you turn around rules are changed and rent goes up every 3 months. The maintenance people break into places. I have caught them in my shed several times. Don't move into here!
Not the best looking mobile home park on the strip, lol but also not big on meijers just BAM Lets Shop right in front of the park. People are easy to meet, kids can be kids and is very laid back. There is a park which is not bad at all and when summer hit a pool. Watch put for the POOL RULE lady.... ugh but if getting ready to move in come on down.
the pool lady that someone says to watch out for was me. She probably didn't like that I MADE her or someone else follow the pool rules. The rules are for peoples saftey. Other then that a great place to live
Most of the time things are good. My only big disappointment is I have asked they several times to talk to the young man across from me to turn down his music. But he Is friends with the managers family and he seems to do what ever he wants. I am sitting here right now listening to the pounding of the bass. Wish it would stop.
This is the worst place in Fort Wayne to live!!! Lived here for 6 months and had trouble with the people down the street and the office manager blamed everything on us thats because they are all related so no matter what it is always every one else's fault never the fault of the real trouble makers out there lots of drugs and kids are always running the streets and there are stop signs everywhere but not one person that lives there stops at them. It is very unsafe place to live!!!
This place is a scam. I purchased a property from them with a promise that I would get the title within a few weeks, due to back taxes being owed from previous tenants. The trailer was in their name and when they paid off the back taxes, would get me the title. It's been over 7 months now, still no title. Also, now saying I have to pay the other people's back taxes for them to put it in my name and are filing eviction because I refuse to pay rent from the time I had a buyer. Liars, scammers, cheaters. If you have kids, stay away from this place. Cars fly up and down the streets, loud partying at all hours of the night and black mold all through the trailers that I only found AFTER I got sick. They just put another layer of wall or flooring over the top of it and move on until it happens again, then repeat the process. TERRIBLE PLACE!
I have lived in Dupont Estates for over a year now and I have to say this is one of the best mobile home parks I have lived in. The management here treats everyone fairly and I personally have never had any problems with management. I would recommend living here to my family and friends or anyone that I would meet.
The quintessential trailer park trash. The place is always cluttered and nasty. all the trailers are old run-down rusted-out, old car sitting everywhere it's not a place you want to live it's a place you want to run away from.
The management denied their plow hit our van. Then stated that there is no parking on the sides of the roads for guests as well as tenants. After we stopped the plow truck to ask for his insurance, we all go back inside and continue with what we were doing. We hear another bang and the plow driver whom is a relative to the manager shoves into the back of the van with plow + snow and causes further damage. They did not plow in the area where we parked before and all of the sudden they decide to plow it. We had several issues with them previously as well. The managers whole family is employed through Dupont Estates. They had no signs and there were several other tenants and guests doing the same thing.
The place was pretty sweet. I don't know how to explain it but I can say in was one heck of a trip. I got to see my father and we got some sweet gifts as well
