I received excellent service from Kirsty Ngo on my first visit to Eagle CCU to open an account. She was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. She helped get me the best possible rate for my credit card and loan. I highly recommend her service for your financial needs. Thanks Kirsty and ECCU!
Horrible service, I was ready to open an saving and checking account with then, the Spanish lady was helping me being nice. She asked a white lady if she could help me to open an account because was already late. I catch the white lady looking at me first then she looked back at her and shake her head. Barely she knows I was about to deposit more money then she probably have on her account she probably makes 10% of what I make and she was being racist. People like this should lose their jobs. I hope they check the camera and do something about this she should be fired. If management wants to get in contact with me I have no problem giving the information.

Don't bother if you want a credit union that has your back. During my dispute process, I was put on hold for months and not contacted about anything. Now that the dispute is "over", I am being told there is nothing they can do about the company REFUSING to give me the money they agreed to give me. My account is negative $1500. I can hardly get my questions answered, and hardly have received any patience. Now they are telling me I need to fix my account's negative balance, or they will close it. AS I AM STILL DEALING WITH A DISPUTE that caused my account to go negative in the first place. They wont approve me for a loan but if I can't keep my account open if I don't put in money today. It doesn't make sense and I am feeling very let down. Thanks for nothing.
I have been a member of this CU for more than 30 years ,today I was not very happy with this branch. Service was not top notch as before , customer service sucks. What happened to customers first? Well , I think I would take my business elsewhere.

GG branch -On Saturday's around 1:30pm, cashiers are , taking more than 5 minutes per customers. Making WTL longer.
I originally opened my account in 1999 when I was working in Anaheim and they invited my company to join, it was at that time Postal and Federal Employees Credit Union.. I believe it changed sometime about 2003 and became Eagle Community Credit Union. This branch was my bank for the 11 years I had lived in Garden Grove, from 2004 to 2015. The people at this branch are very nice and easy to work with. I love this bank to begin so I'm not surprised that I've never had any issues with any of the three branches they have in Orange Co. Even though I no longer live in SoCal I will continue to use this bank, most credit unions are on the Co-Op network, which this one is, so I can use any ATM in the network and other credit union branches in the Co-Op for deposits. If you're thinking of switching banks, this is one that will work with you and not "nickle and dime" you like big banks do.
I forgot my password and Laura helped me out truly great experience! Had other questions about my credit card and another young lady helped me out as, I didn’t get her name tho thank u team eagle garden grove! all the tellers here are awesome! Thanks again
