Dr Morrow is very nice and very knowledgeable. His nurse Courtney is very helpful. Front staff only some! need improvement when patients call in. But most are helpful and professional.

I Was 10 min late for my first APPT. Construction and traffic are a pain . They wouldn’t see me. I’m sure it’s not a big deal to them but they lost my business. These Dr’s are always late for their APPT’s but that’s ok. All their patients are traveling to their location and things happen especially if your 45 min away . I chose them for their good reviews but looks can be deceiving.

I've been a patient for 5 years. Sorry but my doctor guesses at his iPad and who new we got lucky on blood pressure meds. No call check your portal not my job. I may strok at some point I will give you all next month a real doctor.

I had a wellness visit on 5/23/18, had a very short wait time both in waiting area and in exam room. Both Dr Webb and her nurse Shelby took plenty of time with me, made me feel very comfortable and addressed any questions or concerns I had. I appreciate there time and patience with me. I love that I can feel comfortable seeing and talking to them. The office staff has always been very helpful and have done there best getting me in when needed.

We couldn't be happier with Dr. Webb and her team. Over time she has come to know me, my family, and some extended family. I have never met a doctor who cares more than Dr. Webb. She really listens, she is proactive, she goes above and beyond. If we were to make a "Mary Poppins" list of what we wanted in a family doctor, I believe that Dr. Wedd would come floating down with her umbrella. Harriett and Stacey also deserve a shout out. They both have been very pleasant and extremely helpful. What a great team. A genuine credit to the profession. Pete Lane

Dr Webb made mistakes with medications . Made very poor judgement when concerned about a child's safety not making inquiries whether other people saw what happened, whether there were cameras. Her nurse didn't recognize humor used. Made judgments about what a “parent” could handle. They were just two sweet girls from trauma. There was never any yelling. She didn't know their story well. She could of talked to their legal guardian. BUT She caused more trauma. As a doctor if she had concerns, she could have said something. Never anything. Was it bc they were on Medicaid TRAUMA TRAINING NEEDED

I was greeted by friendly staff and asked to update some paperwork. I waited for just a few minutes and was called within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. For the short while I was in the waiting room I thought it had a comfortable feel - including the TV being at a reasonably low volume. The initial Q&A session was performed by a friendly, knowledgeable staff member. I had confidence that she knew her job well. After looking at my Visit Results, I see that all of the necessary changes were made correctly. The benefits of receiving a flu shot were explained and I did receive a flu shot. Dr. Morrow was prompt and courteous. He stepped through the annual physical examination while providing information about the various points of the examination. I asked several questions and Dr. Morrow responded with knowledge and care. Finally I went to the lab to give a blood sample and that went very smoothly. No bruising or excessive poking to get my blood sample. Checking out and scheduling my next appointment was smooth and efficient. Overall: I feel that I have a place to trust for my medical needs.

anytime I call in needing a same day appointment, They can fit me in and my PCP always has time to see me. Doctor Webb is one of the most caring doctors I’ve encountered so far. She always listens to every problem I have and doesn’t brush it off like I’m being dramatic. She is quick to provide a solution or steer me in the correct direction with a referral. I can request a refill, appointment, or ask a question through the patient portal and I’m always given a response.

Had my first visit to Eagle Brassfield and Dr. Webb today. I did thorough research before selecting her to try as a new primary doc. She has positive reviews and I must agree it was a good experience. I was pleased with the time she took with me and felt she listened and addressed all my concerns. I like that she is interested in preventative care rather than prescribing a bunch of meds. She is open to my work with a functional doctor, which was a big concern of mine. I didn't have any trouble with making an appointment or with the office staff. Everyone was welcoming. I was seen on time and out quickly. It was truly one of the most positive doctor experiences I've had.
