If you don't mind being on a first name basis w the people next to you, this place is great. Easy access to the trails out of Danbury and the local businesses. If you're looking for a quiet place to stay this may not be your ideal destination.
It's nice by the river. Bathrooms are just ok but clean.. Cheap camping. Peaceful durning the week. Campground well maintained.
Native American owned. Clean, spacious, small well-maintained laundry with adjacent shower 1 male and female.
Beautiful views by the river. I wish they would enforce the quiet hours, or that people observed them. Loud partying till 1:30 am.
Tent and trailer camp site with laundry, shower facility. On site firewood. On Yellow River. Also by Hwy 35, so it's traffic noisy in tent sites. Good alternative to taking a chance in 1st come, 1st serve state park, state forest sites.
Great people and pet friendly and a great pirce called last minute and they had a spot for me to park my camper great staff
Nice campsite. The showers were kinda gross. They need a good cleaning. Turned the water on and hair started floating. That's really gross. Showers and restrooms require daily attention. The toilets needed to be flushed too. That's gross man. But for the price I cam handle a river sponge bath. And there is a gas station close
Great campground if you're trail riding.
We liked this location and the campsites were really good. The only downside was the location gets plenty of weekenders who in our case ignored the quiet time and stayed outside talking loudly until just after 2am. If this is ok with you then this is the location for you. Lots of ATVers there on the weekend too.
This is a hidden little gem of a no frills campground. It runs along the Yellow River and there are spots that overlook the river and its beautiful. Lots of the visitors enjoy the 4 wheeler trails around the area or ride the free shuttle up to the casino for a little gambling or dinner. We come here annually with a group of friends and always have a great time.
