Loved this park. It’s small, simple, paved, gated and very quiet. Richard was awesome to deal with. Park was well maintained with a nice laundry room, facilities and decent WiFi. Loved the cows for neighbors . It’s a nice area for Texas with lots of open farmland. Just watch out for the crazy Texas drivers.
My family and I stayed here full time for almost a year and a half. Richard and Suzanne are fantastic, down to earth people and very easy to work with. They run a tight ship and make sure it’s a quiet, relaxing, family friendly atmosphere. They always welcomed a friendly conversation as well, which we enjoyed. We loved the gated, paved park along with the laundry facilities and the convenience of on site propane. We also liked that each spot had a grassy yard of its own. Just far enough out of town to feel like you are in the quiet country but still close to shopping. Excellent location honestly, especially the views across the street with amazing sunsets. My son loved going to visit the chickens they have on site and enjoyed viewing the cows from neighboring farms. We absolutely loved it here and would recommend Oakridge to anyone!
We really enjoyed our stay while working in the area. Very quiet and felt safe. Owners are good people here. Will go back if in the area again.
I stayed at this RV park for Trl months while working in the area. I found the park to be clean and well maintained. It was quiet for being so close to Hey 35. I work nights and had no problems sleeping during the day. They have laundry and propane on site and the staff are exceptional. I found them to be very accommodating and pleasant to with. Highly recommend this park if your staying in the area.
Always nice & quiet, the people here are welcoming & it’s a very nice park!
My husband & I stayed here for over a year. AWESOME place to stay & the owner & office lady r AMAZING ppl to work with. Quiet park too!!!!
Very nice place to park your RV and stay The owners are super nice people and treat you like family and we survived Hurricane Harvey here with the help of the management great people
We stayed here and had a very pleasant stay! It was quite and very clean with plenty of space for the kids to play. They also have an amazing laundry room with card payment on machines! I loved not having to have several rolls of quarters on hand the management was so nice and accommodating! We will definitely be back again!
I stayed at the Oakridge for nearly two years and I absolutely loved the place. It's very clean and well kept with landscaping. The country charm takes over as you enjoy quiet peaceful nights. Richards' first priority is taking care of his clients. With on-site Propane fill up, those time consuming trips to find a refill station become one less headache. The park is close enough to Danbury to enjoy some good restaurants and grocery/gas access. The park never flooded while I was there, and I faired well under hurricane winds. I appreciate the easy payment methods that the office used and they always check with me to make sure it's ok to run my card. I can't say enough good things about the place and I highly recommend it to anyone that is passing through or long-term.
I stayed here while I was working in the area. This place is by far the nicest park in the area the owner and manager where both extremely caring and kind. Just amazing I definitely recommend!
