I've been coming to funerals here since I was a little girl. My uncle rabbit Perry Moon passed and it was like the place doesn't have it together like they used too. There was no policeman or anyone leading the line. It was unorganized. The veteran volunteers was very nice at the grave site which is why I gave two stars. I think the old setup was a lot better and more comfortable for everyone. They did not even put a wreath on my aunt's door which used to happen as well. I hope I dont have to come back anytime soon but if I do, I hope they get it together.

The entrance threshold is tricky for wheelchairs and we needed assistance getting in and out. By the time we got out, the procession was lined up and ready to leave and the line of cars was blocking the only sloped spot on the sidewalk meaning we couldn't get across to the parking lot and fell behind. There was also a buzzing sound in the chapel during the service.
They are so nice and courteous and truly want the best for each person that they come in contact with. Top notch individuals, will definitely use them in the future!
