Worst customer service ever! I am sorry to have to write this review as the previous owner was fabulous and obviously ran a very good and honest company. Unfortunately right after I received my newborn diaper rental the company changed hands and the new owner, Kim Leo, has the worst customer service I have ever come across and is a thief as well. When it was time for me to send the diapers back and for me to receive my credit it took 2 weeks for her to respond and send the shipping label. I was told to notify her when the diapers were ready to be picked up by the post office, which I did, however when we didn’t hear back from her we ended up dropping them off ourselves at the post office. Once she had the diapers back in her possession I had to send her numerous emails in order to find out what credit I was owed. Finally 2.5 weeks later she told me how much credit we had. I placed the order for my replacement diapers that day and have not received any communication from her other than the automatic confirmation email that the order was placed. It has now been 48 days since my order was placed and still not a word from the owner as to when or if she plans to send me the diapers despite many emails and phone calls. I have come to the conclusion that I will not be receiving my order and have filed a complaint with the BBB as she has taken my money and not delivered the product. I was able to reverse the charge on part of my order, however, do not think I can recoup the $115 credit from the rental. You would think as a mom herself she would understand the stress of being a new mom and how replacing the 24 diapers I rented might be an urgent matter, but I guess she only cares about stealing people’s money instead. Please do not waste your money or your time with this company.
