Maddie’s middle name is not Rose, it is Jean. But we named our FB page after Maddie, my daughter, and her two friends whose middle names are both Rose. Hannah and Shannon are our great helpers.
My name is Laura Dennison and I am Maddie’s mom. My friend, Kim, introduced me to LuLaRoe the summer of 2016. I found myself flipping through Facebook on my phone to wind down at night, and one day I noticed her selling these awesome dresses and decided to buy one – a Carly and I LOVED it! Whenever I wore it I received compliments and everyone asked where I got it. I bought a couple more dresses and I realized that I really enjoyed the comfort and look to LuLaRoe. The response I got at work from women who really liked the items I wore made me think that I should get in on this gig! I told my daughter and her friends about it and Maddie was never more excited about a job opportunity.
I am an insurance agent by day, so already self-employed and loving having control over my own business and schedule. I have four children and my life truly requires flexibility. I thought – what a great opportunity to teach Maddie about running a business. We included her friends Hannah and Shannon to help and learn. They loved the idea of going LIVE on Facebook and helping with the sales. They of course, also fell in love with the clothes. These are truly FUN, comfortable pieces that women of all ages can appreciate!
