Beautiful clean building inside and outside. Very friendly staff. Clean bathrooms just need to keep some hand soap in bathrooms. I told one of the staff employees they need some hand soap in the bathrooms all she said was we have been out for a while . Use the hand sanitizer on the desk. Maybe I'll bring them some in from Giant Eagle This.
Needed to get something notarized and Ms. Dye process it for me without and appointment. Very grateful and the Library looks nice and seen on of my co-worker Eugene.
Great library it's been my childhood place to go read , buy movies or books and play games on the computer
The library is making strides by remodeling the lobby and making important additions. These improvements will definitely make it a 5 star library, which it now is. It has a new print department for small businesses and individuals. And it has a new outdoor videotron to advertise upcoming library events. Upward and Onward! The Chess program here is booming right now.
Beautiful library! Great staff! Excellent choice of activities for children like the chess club. Awesome programs for the whole family! Excellent selection of children’s books that represent Black people, written and illustrated by Black people.
What a weird feeling I had sitting in there trying to handle my business. Of course I'm not deturring anyone, don't have that power,....its personal. But it looks nice. Seems to have what's needed to get whatever you need done.
I am appalled at the lack of customer service I received. I am a librarian at a different location and decided to go to this location when an item I had requested was never located. Upon arrival I encountered rude circulation staff. The staff clearly do not send out customer requests and the only helpful person was the reference librarian. I left without the book I had come for. They eventually found the book but still refuse to send it to my home location so that I can pick it up. I drove about an hour to get this book and they kept telling me it was not there when it clearly stated it was and then when they did find it they refused to send it. Poor service...
Excellent. There are two guys that are excellent workers. One of them is a bald head gentleman The other is a guy with orange hair with some type of little sprout on the top. Anyway, they are terrific.
My family and I would go here all the time before Covid 19 shut everything down. The Children's librarian Mrs. Brown has always been helpful and she goes out of her way to make sure the kids have something educational to do. My only complaint would be the female guard, I witnessed her make the teenagers do push ups when they wouldn't listen to her. She actually screams in their faces while they're trying to eat downstairs. She has also gotten loud with Parents and your staff members in the Children's area.. But other that that, I like your library.
I needed assistance from the librarian with photo copying and she was very sweet and helpful. The library was very neat and clean and had some Christmas decorations too.
