Thank you so much for EDAH they saved by dog Bella's life....she was so sick...had not ate in 5 days and was throwing up for 3 days. No one else would even see her...l had to carry her in on Saturday afternoon and now Wednesday she is playing ball... They give her the best supportive care so Bella could heal...They are the best... I so much appreciated what they did for my Dog Bella... Never thought l would be so excited for a dog to bring me a ball.... Cindy

Family members have been coming here for several yrs, our cat needed dental services and alot of them. Our vet was unavailable and ED animal hospital accommodated us and took excellent care of our senior cat. Thanks for your help during this holiday week.

The clinic has a revolting smell, the vet technician are so unprofessional including the doctor. He do not introduce himself after walking into the door, I wonder why his license has not been revoked yet. Also, i came here for a second opinion but instead of accessing my dog, he looked at my dog without touching eye to observe if it was inflamed or not, all he did was look at him without touching him and decided to give him a seasonal injection. People Please be careful when coming here because he does not have proper etiquette and has vile temperament.

I had a hurtful experience at East Detroit Animal Hospital. I chose them to take my kitten I had just gotten to, I was told he had feline leukemia. The lady from the adoption agency disagree because of a previous test her vet had taken that said negative and due to that fact they, East Detroit animal hospital call me and cancelled my appointment on that coming Monday and told me to get another vet. They call on Saturday to cancel my cat's Monday appointment and he was sick and I told them so but they did not care. I pleaded with them to reconsider but the answer was no I want a vet that actually cares about the pets they see and this vet is not the one.

The staff is very sweet and I absolutely adore Doctor Ballaranda and I love bringing my Lily there. My Lily absolutely adores her. Her prices are a bit on the higher side, but you know the old saying; You get what you paid for! Shes a busy doctor, so she can't always get back to me but I understand. Reading some of these reviews, either others have had bad experiences, or they're not telling the entire story because in the years I've been coming there, I've always been met with open arms and the new staff are some of the nicest people ever. I do wish I could go in and see the Doctor's smiling face again, but I understand that she wants to keep her staff safe and I commend her efforts in trying to keep everyone safe. Keep up the good work Dr. B and don't let these negative reviews drag you down because honestly some of them are either half truths or outright lies!

Our dog get REALLY excited around other dogs. Hospital cared enough to allow us to keep our appointment while remaining in car, called us when examining room was ready .. really appreciated it.

Dr. Ballaranda, vet tech Kellie and the entire staff are top notch people. They have taken care of my 2 dogs, and my cat for a while now. I love them all for the necessary and also preventative care they have given my pets. Wouldn't trust their health and well being to any other vet.

My cats are always treated like royalty. They're knowledgeable, talented professionals. They've done tooth extractions, spay and neuter, and kept one of my babies for a week on IVs. I've been coming here for at least 15 years. Dr. B and Kelly are the best!

Every pet owner feels that their pet is special, and so does the staff at East Detroit. The atmosphere is very homey and my dogs love going to the vet.
