So, came in around 7 close to 8, got my clothes in the washer and saw that the washer are not getting any water. So I waited the whole time till finish and my clothes were still dry. Than one of the staff came in and open the other end of the laundromat and was being incredibly rude. She open the other half of the laundromat were the carts was at, so I went to get a cart and she told me I wasn't allowed to grab a cart????! I was confused on why wasn't I allow a cart and started to look around, but other people got carts. I don't know her name but she is so rude and something needs to be done.
Great place to do laundry. The ability to get cash from your card at the register was wonderful. No ATM needed
Just dring clothes, But Gee Whiz, What A Rude security guard, 2 times now I have come here, prior to their posted closing times, & posted last load in, by a half hour & she yells across the parking lot, that they are closing, an hour earlier than the sign. At least it is pretty clean, but makes me not want to frequent this one either!! Getting a dryer this week!!
I know that walking in half an hour before they close, that you can't wash and dry your clothes before closing. I do know however that as soon as I walked in the door with a basket of WET clothes that I was met rudely with a you can't do your laundry at this time. Ummm...I must have looked really confused and taken back by the attitude of this woman because I really was. My response was I can't even dry these clothes. The woman was like oh ya, sure, that's fine. Then 27 minutes in the dryer I still had to take my clothes to another laundry mat to finish drying them. Let me tell you how I learned a lesson from straying from my usual laundry mat.
It's a great laundry spot. Always clean and I mean clean washers, tables, the floor and sitting area. There is always someone there to help. All the ladies are nice friendly and eager to help. They sell beer have snack machines video games and TV. It's a fly location. Thanks for the month free of drying in June. When's the next time?
Horrible management!!! Management told some stranger to move our laundry out of the washer it was in when they had plenty of open washers for the lady to use. Then management got an attitude because we confronted the stranger going through our laundry. Very disappointed in management here and how unprofessional and rude the staff are towards people. The manager on duty has spent the entire time talking to her friends outside or playing on her phone and only helping her friends. I also watched her go to every washer/dryer and stick a metal in the coin slots trying to get change out of them and giving her friends free stuff. Very disappointed.
I was not happy with service access to restrooms. Attendant said she was closing and couldn't allow me access because it was 9pm. When actually it was 8:45. Never had that happen here before. I think if you pay for services you should be granted access to ALL amenities regardless of how close it it to closing time.
This is a pretty good laundromat, not real busy when I go anyway. Some of the dryers you got to watch out for.
Our washer broke down so we needed to go just once. Free drying and the machines are oversized. We went at night so nothing available to the public. Wish the parking lot was better lit
Staff is helpful, and they keep the place clean. Pleasant place to do laundry
