So it is nice to have the reclining seats, good temperature in there so u can sleep and feel business class if u don’t like the movie!! But today as I went to watch Knives out 2, the concession area looked really drab! Theater is also not maintaining cleanliness and a ton of garbage everywhere! I love the convenience of having this AMC close enough but C’mon! Tis the season to be jolly! Clean it, maintain it and for God sakes bring back some energy!
Most affordable theater in the area, usually pretty clean with a friendly and attentive staff. My recliner stopped working during a movie, so I informed a staff member after the movie and he addressed it immediately. Not the best screen or sound quality around, but still good for being less expensive than most other theaters in the area. Food and beverages are overpriced but competitive with others.
We went on for a Friday matinee and it wasn't very crowded, so parking was really easy. The lobby was clean and open. Free drink refills are nice. The theater itself was very nice. Seats were large and clean. Definitely had a good experience.
Easy parking, pleasant staff, clean accommodations, comfortable overstuffed recliners with electronic controls. Great sound and huge screens. Not too many coming attractions. Fabulous movie... We saw Mrs Harris goes to Paris... Just released. Nice venue to see the movie. We'll be back!
Staff is always helpful and theaters are kept clean. My main attraction to this location though is.... the reclining seats!! They make the big screen experience feel luxurious and comfortable beyond belief.
Friendly staff and helpful too. The seats are so comfortable I kept falling asleep. Matinee prices are reasonable.
The theater was very clean. Not crowded. Seats were very comfortable. Great movie. We saw avatar.
Nice seats rows big enough so people can walk pass without bumping you chairs recline back it's decent not the best parking but cool spot I give it a 7
I wished the screen was bigger. I feel like the screen in Morristown was bigger but I could be wrong. the sound quality was ok. they have very comfortable seats that recline and have foot rests the same seats as in Morristown location. the theater was clean and they have a popcorn/food area right when you walk in. the restrooms need attention though. they were clean but many of the dispensers were out of soap or out of service which is terrible at any time but especially during a flu season...
There are a few things I do not like about this theatre. The recliners are very uncomfortable, soda machines need to be cleaned and icy’s are always runny. Not to mention; most of the staff are nice but a few of them have no home training. I came into the theatre one day before work to watch a movie and felt instantly bullied. Who wants to be laughed at while ordering their tickets at the kiosk? I know I don’t and if this is how employees act than I’m sure "management" isn’t far behind. But, you guys be blessed anyways.
