We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Canyon Springs Extended Stay! The staff, Jackie, Jay, Inder, and Jackie are always so helpful and responsive. We were even locked out of our room in the middle if the night on a Sunday and someone came right over to get us in quickly. It has been a great interim while we wait for our new home to be ready. I highly recommend for anyone!
I stayed at their Rupert location. Was only supposed to be for a month or 2 while I found a long term rental I could have my cat at. Well it turned out much longer than that. But the team these guys have took care of any issues I had, and when I finally found a place and moved back were still just as amazing and got my deposit back. If I am ever in that pickle again, I know where I can go.

Clean and well kept I give four stars cuz I don't give anything but parks five. Still cleaning up and the neighbors are nice.

If you value your privacy, I would not recommend this place. If you want to be treated with respect and kindness, I would not recommend this place. If you have infants or small children, I would not recommend this place. Management will go into your room every chance they get for no reason at all, and they will monitor you to know when you leave so they can do so. If you don't enjoy being watched I would not stay here. If your a local, don't waste your time coming here because they will not give you a room. We were rented a room here by our landlord while our home was under construction and found out only afterwards that they were unhappy we stayed because we are locals. We were reprimanded about the fact that we had a baby with us and that he cried because he was teething. We were given grief about the fact that they didn't "meet us" before they gave us a room, even though we weren't the ones who rented it in the first place. I was involved in a near screaming match with the lady that manages because of these facts over which I had no control over. No other place has ever cared about any of these things, but for them it was reason enough to be absurdly rude and raise voices over. We were stunned by the way things went here and the way we were treated. We would never recommend this motel to anyone.
