We offer many different machines for you to get in shape or maintain a healthy physique. Feel free to come and exercise during our times listed. Please obey the fitness area rules or you can be suspended or banned from the facility and other facilities as well. 18 years and older can work out by themselves; however 16 & 17 year olds MUST have a parent with them to work out. NO BAGS! You MUST wear closed toed shoes and appropriate work out attire. Other rules are posted in the fitness area.
