ETPD is the most child friendly practice ever. My the year old made friends in the waiting room playing with the toys. She loves getting decked out in headphones and sunglasses to watch a show. The techs and dentist are always patient with her questions and concerns so she's never afraid. The professionalism is outstanding, the staff are proactive with care and informative.
We love Dr. Jessica!! Dr. Jessica listened to concerns that I had for a few years with my oldest daughter’s teeth. She had to have dental work done a few years ago and she had to be sedated. She was not nervous at all due to the staff making her feel so comfortable. Afterwards, my daughter gave Dr. Jessica a thank you card with her picture on it. Dr. Jessica has it hanging in her office to this day. My 15 month old had an appointment yesterday and while she was scared, I know it will get better. Dr. Jessica and the staff are so patient and understanding. If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist, look no further. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my babies.
Called to set and appointment for my daughter’s first appointment. Was told to give info then I would get a call back about appointment availability. When I get the call back I had to be the one to ask what days they had. And only for the receptionist to say she doesn’t have anything till next month and then she went silent when I asked what day that would be. So I just told her to discard my information and I was going elsewhere. She was totally fine with that. This receptionist is going to make this office lose new business. She needs more training before answering another call
My kids ALWAYS love their time with Dr. Jessica. She's gentle, easygoing, and quick. We had to go in to get a stubborn tooth pulled and my kiddo was nervous, but Dr. Jessica was quick and made it painless. We left smiling. Thanks for the great care!
Looked all over Knoxville trying to find a dentist for my 8 yr old daughter who had a serious cavity and finally got a fast appointment here. The staff are very friendly and the facility is very bright and cheerful. The only downside is they only take new patients 10 and under. So my older four won’t be able to be patients here.
Dr. Jessica was kind and informative during our visit. The hygienist was great! -I hate I do not remember her name. They really make the environment fun for kids, and the prize wall is a definite bonus when taking a toddler to a dental visit. Highly recommend.
The staff were exceptional. The perfect place to take your kids to the dentist. Everyone was friendly and great with my kids. My daughter was scared about getting her teeth cleaned and the dental hygienist took the time to explain and show every instrument she would be using. She made my daughter feel at ease. I was very appreciative that she did that for her. I would definitely recommend East Tennessee Pediatric Dentistry to anyone.
We had a dental emergency over the weekend and Dr Jessica was so sweet to tell us exactly what to look for and even offered to come in on a Saturday. The staff is always kind and puts my kids at ease so they continue to look forward to dental visits.
Aubrey loved the dentist! Doctor Ashley and her assistant wish I’d got her name! we’re so sweet, and made the visit fun and enjoyable for everyone see y’all in 6 months!
Dr Jessica Phillips was so wonderful with my daughter. She was 1.5 yrs when she chipped a front tooth. Dr Phillips had no problem getting my daughter to allow her to look in her mouth. I expected my daughter to give her a very hard time but the distractions that were provided kept her attention the whole time.
