The owner is a complete nut job. He cursed me and threatened me with bodily harm. I witnessed him shouting at his employees as I walked in the door. I should have walked at that very moment. I stood in parking lot for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me unload my mower. I then got it out by myself. I took the time to replace the handle and still no one. I then pushed my mower across the parking lot to the service area. I told the tech heres the tag from the front desk and said the reciol is broken. Before another word was uttered, the owner came through the door and started shouting at me not to speak to his techs. I said fill with that attitude, I will take my business else where. He follwed me all the way out to my car shouting cursing and threatening me. He is just school yard bully. Nothing more. Like most bullies i have met, he is just a big ,fat ugly guy who is miserable and wants everyone else to miserable too. If any employees at that hell hole needs a witness to the hostile work environment, I will be glad the help. No one should ever give this a hole another dime. There are far better places to have your equipment repaired.
Have visited here for parts service and most recently a new zero turn. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Great inventory and reasonable prices.
Just went in because I couldn’t get a chainsaw started. I didn’t catch the guys name, but he figured it out really quick and fixed it, taught me how to properly start the chainsaw without flooding it, and did it with respect… Really turned my day around after I was having so much frustration starting it. Now I know where I’ll be purchasing my new chainsaw. Excellent customer service.
I came here in need of a 5 dollar part for my chain saw, and due to traffic I Walked in at closing time on Saturday, the door was unlocked and employees were getting ready to leave. Before I could say anything the owner began telling me they are closing and he couldn’t help me. I kindly asked if he could give me two minutes as it was a simple part and he began yelling asking if I was gonna tell his grandkid why he was late to his birthday party. He then told me he wasn’t gonna have it and that if he did he wouldn’t get it for me. Because it was 5 after 1 on Saturday and they close at 1. I refuse to spend another cent here and hope anyone one else looking for good customer service does the same. A little bit of kindness goes a long way especially when the only reason your making a living is your customer base. My advise to anyone in the area is go to the next shop wherever it may be, and let this guy run his business in the ground.
I bought my Toro zero turn mower here for blades, not working and steering being off. When I picked it back up, the steering was still super off and they told me that nothing was wrong with that. They also had it for 5 days.
The Owner and his Daughter are really nice and helpful ..Just picked up my FS90R Weedeater.. Thanks Guys..for all your help.Great Customer Service ..

Hands down, best service and equipment in the county. Thank you for all you do.
They don't honor warranty. Don't misplace your trust, they minus not even print it or mention it and you won't feel they holding your belongings hostage for ransom.
