Always love this place. But you do get what you pay for. This time around, we bought a 75lb anvil for forging. Unfortunately, it has a defect hole in the top of the tip, but I saw it and bought it that way, and im fine with it for now until we upgrade.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location that we just received. My teenage son and his friend kindly offered to run a return in for me while I wrapped up a work call in the car. They were treated like criminals from the moment they stepped in by a cashier. While in line she suspiciously asked them how old they were. When their turn came she refused to process the return. She called someone over and claimed, "they don't even have a phone number for it" even though she never asked them for that information, which my son would have readily provided. The man who came over claimed they couldn't return it without the card, which I have not experienced in years. No one ever kindly asked them to go get me. I have never had a great experience here, but this was over the top. Very disappointed and sad these boys, who are wonderful kids, had to experience this.

Friday closing personal-Who is he? Customer Service skills were lousy. I never had experienced such in this store. Dude, "your fired!". He had a break down when ask to assist with product knowledge search. How dare he be rude, arrogant and totally unprofessional. He could not handle a simple question and was condescending. I do like the store and never had faced this. I dont know if I would want to go back in the evenings. Everyone one else in the store were as professional as always and Thank you.
Harbor freight should be everybody's go to place for tools. I need some shovels and a rake and there are $11 there. Where's home Depot. There are $25 and Lowe's or $20 tractor supply. They were $19
Nice friendly cashier with good energy very helpful and humble keep up the good work girls. Amber was very friendly and had a glow on her face that could light up the universe. Keep glowing don't change anything.
Super friendly staff that went out of their way, from the credit card process to loading my truck. Well stocked and very clean location.
Bought a tarp and tried to return it two days later with receipt and with an on opened package. Well the manager will not let me return the item without my drivers license. I had original receipt and credit card! After I gave them my driver license they refunded me portion of my purchase which I didn't notice until I left the store. I return to the store and requested the rest of my money and the manager ended up opening the cash register with his key and giving me $7.49 in cash. this time the return policy was not enforce of having to show driver license and telephone number. Why would they give me such a hard time the first time??? Will never buy anything from harbor freight! Shame on them and all those mickey mouse manager they have working for them!
Helpful people and great prices. Their warranty's they have are actually very good.
