Good experience compared to last time 9 months ago where we didn't get waited on. We got seated quickly and the service was very good. The salad bar was fresh, and the soups and fruit were very good. The superbuger, fries and gravy were great and cooked just right. A definite improvement from the last visit at this locationFood: 4/5

Fried zucchini burnt breading no zucchini inside, server was great no issues there, atmosphere dirty smells  out dated ripped seats needs updatedFood: 1/5

Pretty standard local chain dinner option. Went with the menu standards and the salad bar. Country steak and breaded cod  both very good. Price as expected, service was excellent, nice basic lunch/dinner stop.

When we were seated the server came up and just stared at us. No hi, or anything. Just miserably asked “what do you want to drink” when she came back with the drinks, she stared at us with her pen and paper and we politely told her we will need a few minutes. Throughout the entire time we were there she favored the table in front of us who got their food before us, she kept checking on, had long conversations with the guy & always refilled his coffee. We had to interrupt her conversation to ask for a refill. Our food was cold, service was terrible.

Had the worst experience. 3 adults, 1 child. Appetizers came out, ordered our food & all 3 got the salad bar as additional sides. No plates, soups were empty. Food finally come out, server no where to be found. Both wraps came out messed up. Drinks went empty and server still was not found. Normally love coming here, but today was definitely was the experience that I will not be coming back.

Anytime I order  food  I wait  no less  than  20 minutes  in the lobby! Multiple  staff members walk by  never  of to help!!  But  I do like  their  food . If I didn't  like  it so much  I would  never  put up with  the awful  customer  service!!!!  RESTAURANT  WORK  IS NOT  EASY  I USED  TO DO IT, BUT YOU ALWAYS  ACKNOWLEDGE CUSTOMERS  AND LET THEM  KNOW  THAT  YOU SEE  THEM AND THEY WILL  BE HELPED SOON.

I always enjoyed going to eat n park. My last visit wasn't very happy. My husband and I were the very first to go in for breakfast. Coffee cold. Waffle Luke warm and scrambled eggs not scrambled but chopped showing the white of the egg. We paid for it but disappointed to pay that high price for something we did not enjoy. Hope this will help to improve for the satisfaction of others thank you
