I was introduced by my cycling compound and eager to visit. Currently, I am doing virtual training and interactions. Eric is very attentive and knowledgeable on topics and very client friendly. He keeps clients / participants engaged with his tough love / comical antics. I ve worked out online with both Eric & TP This training is definitely not for the weak but very much for the committed. As a medical professional and health enthusiast for many years, I am very cautious about whom I give my attention or even take guidance. I honestly often critique one's knowledge before engaging. So far, Eric has been spot on. Drop in for a session or follow / join virtually. The team definitely does not disappoint. Very motivational group.
