Fitness Inc is a private personal training studio located in Westmont. We offer experienced trainers who design effective workout programs tailored to your fitness needs and goals.

We take the time to learn about your fitness and health goals, evaluate your current status, and develop a customized program of activities to achieve those goals. Our studio is private, relaxed and includes a wide range of fitness equipment. We will make sure you feel comfortable while working out and will always keep your workouts challenging. Unlike a health club setting, you won’t have to wait to use any equipment and we encourage you to use the cardio machines before and after your workout.
