You would think Brett was the owner of Popalock, extreme and over and beyond customer service. Today I was leaving the store and put my keys down while loading my baby in our car and of course the doors were locked and I forgot to grab my keys before shutting the door. I had a nice man name Bret drop everything and come open our car door to get my baby. I could not of have a more better experience. I would suggest them 100X TO any one. Thank you so much pop-a-lock.
If you need a locksmith, this is the place to call…hands down. Pat, in OKC, helped us with a broken key in ignition. He was personable, upbeat, and knew what he was doing. I felt I could completely trust him. I’ll never call anyone else!
Brett came and assisted me, was very Efficient and respectful. Highly recommend Pop-a-lock if you ever lose your key or get locked out of your car.
I left the problem solving to the Pop-A-Lock LocksmithPop-A-Lock in Oklahoma to make a key to my Lexus that my son lost and the tech locked up my computer & while I was gone he had my kids dad sign a letter releasing him of liabilityBiggest joke Ever because my kids dads name is not anywhere on my title so why would he ask him or allow him to do anything concerning MY vehicle. The owner MAX in Texarkana called me today and said “Well, I’m not paying for it” $4500 dollars later I have my key & my car. If I’m responsible for my employees when they screw up why does Max think he’s not responsible for his. It’s called accountability… the fact that I have to go meet with an attorney regarding this tomorrow has me frustrated! Max phones number is a Texarkana area code
The locksmith was great. He had my car unlocked in literally under a minute. Couldn't believe my eyes. The phone lady, however, gave the guy the wrong directions and had me sitting out in the cold an extra 20-30 minutes, and it was a bit overpriced at $77 with the credit card fee. The locksmith did also try to help me with my key fob being broken and told me exactly what was wrong and where to get a good deal on what I needed. Great service from this guy. I wish I could have caught his name.
Everyone I encountered was generous, the person on the phone was very nice despite the fact that I had called many times and the man who came to unlock my car ,Kenneth, was understanding and accommodating as well. He came within the estimated time frame i was given on the phone and was able to get my keys out my car within minutes great service
Phone interactions were lovely. Charged me $160 for a 5 minute service.
The man who came out to help get my key out of my car was incredibly rude and dry. Not too long after I had used his personal card scanner a fraudulent charge of 84$ appeared on my account. This service was not worth the 60 with his attitude, let alone the 84. :/
Brett came out with the quickness, gave me a bunch of good advice to keep my car running perfectly, was super freakin nice AND FIXED MY KEY FOB! Plus, charged a fraction of the price everyone else quoted me. I will literally never call anyone else again. He definitely went above and beyond and I'm v pleased.
