Was charged £265 for the first visit to help me gain entry when I'd locked myself out of the flat. The new lock's shield was left damaged, and I had to get back in contact with the company to ask them to finish the job. They requested £145 additional for a job they didn't finish, even though I had sent a photo of the lock prior to their first visit. Seemed fishy, so I spoke to another company who said these locks are available for £60 and sent me a link as proof. Very unprofessional and ended up paying another company to fix a £265 mistake.

Totally unprofessional people. I went to cut a car key blank blade and the guy there did the wrong cut. He did not admit it was their human/machine fault and I had to get another key blade on my own expense£20. They also charge £20they did refund mefor a cut, while the other guys only charge £10. Very bad and expensive service. I do not recommend.
I called Amar to fix my lock after my son mistakenly locked himself out, he was there quickly and did a clean and smooth job. I was so impressed with the time he took to get this done. I will recommend him anytime
