Shuttle bus steps are very steep and high, front of bus only. Driver from lot to airport provided zero help with bags, we are seniors. Rate is for each calendar day you park, not 24-hour day increments. Apparently you'd pay the $15 for a couple minutes after midnight. Not enough bus stops in parking lot. On the plus side it is close to the airport, the drivers were courteous and we had no problems getting picked up or dropped off.
Parking was easy, shuttles during the day were plentiful. For late night flight, far too many arriving passengers for the number of shuttles, which always filled up at the first of several pick up points and drove by the rest. Despite being assured that all shuttles picked up at all #3 signs, it took several shuttles driving by to realize this.
Parked 1 hour and 10 minutes before our flight was to start boarding. Had luggage to check for vacation. We ended up missing our flight because it took the shuttle 50+ minutes to pick us up, by the time we were dropped off it was too late to check bags because they were boarding so we had to reschedule our flight, return home and miss our first day of vacation, and eat all the costs associated with that, prepaid hotel, etc.
Long waits for shuttle bus; 15-20 minutes. At the terminal we saw numerous “Parking Spot” buses come and go while waiting for our bus. Driver was rude to another passenger.
