Worst experience of my life! Bought a cascadia cash. The website said it was ready to go. Bought a plane ticket, and the day before, I was supposed to fly out they said it's not ready. Don't bother coming. Ask for a final exercise on the unit. Took them a month to be finally ready. Their finance company, which is Topmark Funding are THIEVES!! THEY HAVE YOU GIVE THEM MONEY FOR A UNIT AND THEN ONCE THEY HAVE IT THEY CHANGE THE CONTRACT ON YOU. READ THEIR CONTRACT NON REFUNDABLE ANY MONEY YOU GIVE THEM.

The best place to buy a used truck! Nancy, is very knowledgeable , nice and helpful. Overall great experience. I have bought 10 trucks there so far and will continue to buy from them in the near future. Martin Andrade

Just after 3 days of purchase the truck has a “check transmission light ON” I wanna return it. I got 15 days guarantee.

Purchased a Ryder Dot Verified unit. Paid with direct Verified funds. This purchase was online, Sales Manager Marlon Roberts was my agent. I paid my deposit on 9/14, it took 2 weeks to locate the unit, I was told that the unit was inspected and ready for pickup. I paid via certified fund on 10/19 to find out that the unit wasn't inspected and had an oil leak. Nancy Tavarez informed me of the bad news about the unit. Nancy Tavarez agreed to refund my purchase. I asked Nancy & Marlon to provide an email stating that a refund was being processed for my records. They both agreed. On 10/21 I still hadn't received the email or refund. I called Marlon, asked about the refund and email, he stated that complay policy didn't allow him to confirm my refund via email. I asked to speak with Nancy out of the office, asked for Nanacy's superior he didn't know I had to contact corporate thru several emails just to have Nancy call back 2 hours later to ask why did i contact corporate. 5 minutes later my refund with emails were sent. ALL I NEEDED WAS AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF OUR CONVERSATION FOR MY RECORDS. IT TOOK 2 HR OF EMAILS TO CORPORATE TO GET THIS DONE!!!

They came in handy when U Haul failed us the weekend of October 2016 when the Sandy organization got us a home at the trailer park east of the one we used to live in when the old one wouldn't sell us one big enough to live in. But we were just a few blocks away from the one in Moonachie NJ  old and new place. There's a catch you gotta put some money as a deposit which will take 10 to 14 days for a mid size straight truck plus mileage but we were just blocks from the old and new place so I just walked from Ryder after we moved in after locking and parking the truck and putting the keys in drop box.

I flew out to this place from WI to look at a bunch of "great" trucks they had for sale. The trucks had very damaging rust. Some the tail light brackets were almost falling off. They painted over the rusty frames with glossy black paint and took pictures at a distance that made them look nice. This was two years ago. I'm truck shopping again. They are out of the question. Still totally disgusted by my experience with this place.

Great place to buy trucks. Nancy was super helpful, and really took care of us.

Worst place to buy used truck, took me and my husband few month to get the money to pay it cash, worked 3 days and broke down, truck is in the shop for more than a week and still dont have an answer

Please for buying good trucks

Not my first choice but ok if needed
