Ryder Truck Rental-One-Way

Not one person greeted me and as I was getting in my Uber to go get food the brunette decided to then run up as I was leaving saying I couldn’t leave my truck where I parked it which was out of the way mind you! Only decent communication was from the nice lady that checked me in. What is the world coming to…. Customer service has completely gone out the window. Be careful coming here she clearly doesn’t like her job… I don’t want to think it was something else … I just want my window fixed

The guys here are always really helpful and they get me in and out quickly. The trucks are well maintained and I'd recommend Ryder to anyone in need of a truck

If you're picking up a truck make sure to show up 1hr early because you're going to have to clean the heck out of it. They say they clean it but all they do is give a a quick wipe down and throw a "sanitized" label on it. I've picked up 4 trucks here...happend all 4 times.

So mechanical parts it's to much to ask but they gd people the only thing it's that they say the pandemic has got them short of mechanics and they do what they can but it's taking to much time to fix and really check a truck so I noticed why that gave us a truck really dirty and with no gd shocks in the cabin but they set it was already checked and we had to make more time and fix it our self here in tx great people and pleasant. az not that gd

Staff was extra helpful, and surprisingly the electronic device they use for checking out trucks and checking for damage was not working properly, so without hesitation the young man that helped ran inside and apologized when he came back with a paper copy, whipped the pen a couple times and viola he was done, and I was on my way kudos to him for knowing that. Great place for business rentals.

They didn’t move there trick or even acknowledge me when blocking my entire street. I couldn’t get to my house. Rude. don’t use them!!!!

Don't try to get fuel Nobody answered the phone No one around Wait around 30/45 minutes Camera obviously didn't work
