Best part about Ashley‘s furniture, you walk in they greet! you can walk around till you find what you like-you’ll look up and there’s a sales person “Ray Gedeon”willing and ready to help you out. I found an amazing dining room very happy with my choice no one rushes you they let you sit back and make a decision! A definite place to shop again, and again. Thank you, Ashley furniture for my beautiful dining room set.

Dameyon was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable after going over the payment plans and getting us the best deal on our newly ordered couch and coffee table! He was very thorough in explaining to us, new furniture buyers how easy and affordable it would be without breaking our bank. GET THIS MAN A RAISE!

The salesman Ozzie was very helpful & so nice! My husband really liked him, he knew the answers to all our questions & we really appreciated that, & the store manager Ed was very nice & helpful also. He reminded me of my Uncle Jack eho passed away a few years ago. Ed was so helpful & said if we needed anything in the future to please call him & ask for him. I've never shopped at Ashley's before but have heard excellent things about this store in the past few months so we decided to stop in & see for ourselves, I will definitely recommend this store to my friends & my husband Bryan said he was going to tell his coworkers about it also. Excellent care & staff!

It is a beautiful store, and it has quality products, but the prices are quite high. We found some options, but we could not buy due to the high prices. It may suit some people, so it may be a good idea to visit it. Free parking is available, and parking is available for people with disabilities.

I needed to order some barstools and Scott was able to help me. Unfortunately, I asked for the wrong size and had to return them. Everyone was very helpful. New stools were ordered and the first set returned. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture and excellent customer service.

The salesperson was only interested in the sale. No customer service at all. Not even a thank you for the purchase. Will be my last time shopping here. Update: I received a phone call from the General Manager apologizing for the experience I had. He asked me to come to the store and they would try to make the experience better. We arrived at the store and was greeted by the gentleman at the front, then again by the District Manager. In short, this management team went above and beyond to ensure our experience was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Great experience. Greeted immediately by Damian and he was extremely friendly and helpful. We came in an hour before closing and we were still treated with patience and kindness. We had been shopping around different stores for a while and could have gotten a couch anywhere, but our experience with Damian made all the difference in deciding to purchase from Ashley.

Kudos to Hodan for being such an awesome, kindhearted and professional employee!!! She is a blessing to your company. She did not pressure me on any sales and she was very patient with me making my decision on what furniture that I should purchase. May God bestow a plethora of blessing upon Mr George. Also, Miss Aleah was was so courteous and professional.!!. I will return and continue to shop with Ashley's.
