The staff was great. They told us our furniture would be in 2-4weeks and it was sooner. The delivery men were amazing they were polite. I recommend getting your furniture from here.

Not a great experience. Sales people were slow to respond. Said they would make us a deal on "anything." Furniture very overpriced which is why they can make better deals than what is listed.

This is an okay place to buy furniture couches and recliners beds the prices are not too expensive but like any other place the selection is limited , especially during this Corona outbreak their on-line inventory does not reflect what they have in store. I had a good experience with the customer service they were very helpful but this was my experience your experience may be different from mine. good luck.

Ordered a chair, side table, and ottoman first week in July for my mom after looking in other stores. Joe and his team were very helpful and provided excellent customer service through the entire process. Items were delivered by the end of July from here; while other stores could not give me a guaranteed delivery date. Mom is so happy with her recliner and other pieces. Thank you for your great service. Would definitely recommend this company. If not on the floor, they will help you find what you want! Give them a shout out!

We purchased a dining room table and chairs and it was delivered yesterday. Buying experience was perfect. We first went in and we're just looking. A salesperson offered us assistance but we told them we were just looking. After finding a set we thought might work we did ask some questions which were answered and they let us use a tape measure to take some dimensions. After coming home and verifying it would fit our area we went back to purchase. The salesperson remembered us which was nice, the purchase process was quick and easy and delivery was scheduled within days. The delivery and set-up went perfect. We absolutely would buy from them again and are very pleased with the Amish made table and chairs.

I have been purchasing from Joe & Staci for years. Not only are they wonderful people from a business standpoint, but also just real down to earth folks. The new place is really nice. I’ve always been extremely satisfied with my purchases. Especially the Bed Boss mattresses. Love the one I bought so much for my home , I bought the same one for my camper. They have a huge showcase to chose from. Very quality furniture at a very competitive price. Give em a look~ I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

I went in looking for a small dining room set and was not in there 10 seconds and was approached with warm friendly greetings. Within 5 minutes I found what I was looking for. The manager was concerned that he would have to close because of the pandemic and I tried to assure him that he would be good. It is obvious that we did not have the same views on the issue, yet he still maintained a professional demeanor and I enjoyed our conversation. I am really glad you did not have to close, sir. We have been shopping at Unclaimed Freight for a long time. We have always been happy. We do price shop before buying and prices are comparable. Recently bought a new mattress and box spring to replace our 20 year old bed. Staff was helpful and was able to leave with mattress that day. Just before that we bought a sectional couch. Took advantage of their delivery service. Highly recommended

Absoutley amazing! After looking around, found what I was exactly looking for, customer service was there immediately for me when I needed it. Very reasonable pricing and amazing sales right now. Originally thought I was only able to get one chair, turns out that helped me to leave with two. Will be back!
