I have been so fortunate to work for Eden Home Health. I was really amazed how much Eden works together as a team and work together to ensure our patients health and wellbeing! I have nothing but great things to say about this company! All the members of the team are amazing! When I started, everyone was so helpful and kind! I have also received so many calls from patients using our services that have amazing things to say about our clinicians! I have recommended Eden to my Family and Friends curious about our services, and I feel proud to give them resources they can use for themselves or their loved ones. I have learned so much working here, and still learning everyday! Eden is Family and working here, you feel it in the atmosphere! I look forward to coming to work every morning and working with the best team!
This amazingly supportive, educated, communicative, and caring organization cared for our much beloved Grandmother up until the moment she died. We couldn't have done it without them, especially being in different states. The peace of mind was wonderful, but that they really enjoyed her and cared for her as their own was above and beyond expectation. These are the ones you want to be surrounded in the event you or your loved one needs care!
All the people that have tended to me have been very helpful and patient. I look to keep a positive attitude in this situation I placed myself. And all have encouraged me to keep it up. It helps in my recovery to know there are such caring people in the world.
I would like to thank all the caring personal that were involved with my home health care. The telephone workers on the emergency 24 hour contact were always professional and quick to take the information so they could send a nurse to me. I would like to thank Clayton, Chuck, Nancy. I can't thank my nurse Jennifer enough for taking care of me. You were encouraging, comforting, made my healing easier. Thank you all.
My husband was septic and sent home with a PICC line and daily infusions, that Eden Home Care was supposed to help him with. He was also supposed to have weekly bandage changes and blood draws. After a week they denied him unnecessary to have blood draws or bandage changes or any other care for that matter. We have called no less than a dozen times to have a nurse come out and help us with no success. Our doctors have called them and they stated they didn't feel he needed assistance even though he was supposed to have blood draws every week and bandage changes. I have tried many times to get ahold of anyone that works for this company and have been unsuccessful for weeks now. My suggestion is to go with another home care company.
I love working for Eden Home Heath it is such a great place to work at, we have great team work, Im glad I have the opportunity to work here with great people.
The caregivers at Eden have been beyond incredible, I whole heartedly recommend them. Each of them have taken the time to get to know our mom, and cater her care to her needs. Thank you!
Not so sure the company treats its employees as assets but what appears possibly more as just a number. My significant other works for them. I purchased and arranged a surprise get away for or larger family in the costs of several thousands of dollars. Granted it was as said a surprise for my family. She gave eden more than ample notice of this and was told "NO" cant take off the 3 days and could risk loosing her position potentially if taken. I operate a business myself and with ample notice given I don't see an issue. My employees are assets to my success, if not they would not be employed. I wouldn't treat an employee that way if they came to me under those circumstances and with plenty of notice "months in advance " Although she seems to love her position and takes pride in it, I wonder if she is treated as an asset or just there for the company needs and it's not returned. That's a real bummer and seems to be a typical corporate strategy . People are what either brings success or failure to the company.
I had knee replacement surgery this summer. I was very ill informed of what was to come. Penny came to my home went through everything with me. She really got me up to speed and walking and moving. I would recommend Eden for home care. I really want to Thank Penny and Tammy for thier patients and always keeping it fun and si productive. Thank you
When my dad was being treated for stage 4 lung cancer the ladies who came out were just amazing. My dad loved Michelle who did his pt/ot As it got to the point of hospice we couldn't ask for such loving compassionate ladies. They really not only helped my dad but they helped my mama and I get thru this. I was not only a caregiver to my own dad but a caregiver to other clients outside our home and these ladies are the best as I was dealing from caregiver burnout. All I know is I'd highly recommend this company to take care of anyone 110% You guys rock!!!
