If you desire to burn fat, build muscle, increase strength or tone and define your physique, The EDGE is your gym. We offer two separate free weight areas with dumbbells up to 135 lbs, an entire circuit of Matrix machines and a nice assortment of StarTrac lower body machines. Our plate loaded workout area includes Hammer Strength, Icarian, Dynabody and StarTrac machines. We have an Olympic Power Rack, a walk in squat rack, two cable crossovers and a Smith Machine among many other pieces to choose from. Our Cardio area includes 2 stepmills, Life Fitness and StarTrac treadmills, elipticals, recumbent bikes and a summit climber.
All of this in a great spot conveniently located in the Music City Shopping Center on Conference Drive in Goodlettsville.
When you're ready to come in and see The EDGE in person, our staffed hours are Monday - Friday from 7am until 7pm and Saturday from 8am until 2pm.
