This program I’ve designed is for individuals who seek to maximize their body’s composition in the most efficient and effective way possible. Based on what your goals are or time available this program is for everyone. If you’re a professional athlete or just looking to make it up the stairs easier, and everything in between, this program is for you. If you’re a 280lb Male Bodybuilder to a 105lb female swimsuit contestant and everything in between, this program is for you. The difference will be the amount of weight, your meal plan, repetitions, tempo, and rest periods. The type of exercises and muscle groups worked are the same. This program is designed for your body to actually perform at its most efficient level while creating great symmetry and sex appeal. This program is not like any other of its kind and will soon be available with video assistance for use in your home. What makes it different is that it focuses on actual performance and physical looks with a concentration on functional strength. This also means your health will also be greatly improved in all areas. Most programs can’t focus on all four. The program has three different levels.
ALL PROGRAMS ARE FOR BEGINNERS OR ADVANCED CLIENTS
Level One, “Healthy Living”: For individuals just looking to get results with minimal changes to their schedule and everyday activities. This combines a food category list with out-of-the-gym or in the gym exercises and activities. This requires minimum equipment and can actually be a beginning point with no equipment. Other optional activities range from stair climbing, biking, swimming, walking or running to even different cardio techniques that you can incorporate. Home gym equipment will be available for purchase also.
Level Two, “Strong and Fit without Cardio”: For those that hate Cardio or have little time this contains everything in the first level while also incorporating some time spent in the gym. At level Two, you commit to spending three days per week in the gym or home gym in which you can purchase products to create your home gym. I will work with you to determine your needs based on your desired look and tailor specific fitness goals which incorporate a food category list. This program will get you in great shape without any cardio because cardiovascular exercise will be included in the program which will allow for fat loss with maximum muscle gains.
Level Three: “The Perfect Body”: This is the most comprehensive level, all inclusive of levels one and two. This level will incorporate a core and cardio plan that can be for the beginner or the most advanced competitor. This level will absolutely get you in the best shape of your life. If you you’re a serious athlete or fitness competitor, this program will be tailored slightly for the sport you play or the competition you compete in. This program is designed to make your body as strong as possible, very athletic, while maximizing fat loss and muscle gain. This program is also great for the person who is simply looking to maximize their efforts and looking for the perfect body. I also have online training that is the absolute best price anywhere. $49 for the ENTIRE MONTH. Nobody has that. One time consultation sessions are available as well if you simply want the knowledge to go at training all on your on. These are available at the gym as well so you feel completely comfortable with all the equipment and gain great knowledge.
All programs can also add Meal Plans to the membership. All programs can add a once a month consultation to the membership
An essential focus of all three levels of my program is stress relief which is a vital part of your body composition, health and productivity as well.
