Edge O'Town is a great community to live in. It is a quiet, well managed community. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and friendly place to live.
I have lived here now for 17 yrs and 6 months, It is the perfect place to live. the lots are spacious and the neighbors are friendly and respectful of your privacy. The owners are strict to maintain a safe clean living environment and are also fair.
I have been working with the owners, of this great and friendly establishment for 6 years and they have been always up front and fair in everything they do. They are always watching out for their tenants to ensure it is a safe area to live. I can honestly say it is one of the best run establishments in the area. I would highly recommend this community to anyone if you are looking for a place that is quiet, clean and safe. The owners are really nice and they truly respect everyone in their community. I am truly disturbed when people post something negative about honest people or against their community. They are good people who I truly respect for running a great community.
Very judgmental company! Contacted them regarding renting a lot and the manager told me she was not interested cause my mother and brother live with me. My mother lost her husband 2 years ago, and has some health problems so we both take care of my mother. Showed true colors of this business trailer trash

Honestly, I'm very disappointed, I loved how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood seemed, neighbors we're friendly when they showed us the house hoped we got it and everything. We are a couple 22 and 21 and have a 1 year old daughter we're quiet people and looking for a first house. But got told that because we weren't 55 or older we couldn't live there because they wanna try to make a retirement community. Very unsatisfied. But for the sweet couple from Florida next to lot 221 thank you for you're time. And we're sorry we couldn't be your neighbors.
Love living here the property owners are very nice people. Very few of the neighbors can be difficult but you get that everywhere. It is extremely clean and quiet I would recommend it highly to anyone.
I did some work here for one day. Don't know anything about it but it seemed quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood.
The edge of town Mobile Home Park is a nice little just off of middle settlements road. It's very convenient to the Denso campus and has nice homes in it. The park does not rent residences but rather they rent lots to people who already own a mobile home. In other words you can't contact them asking if they have a place for rent if you're looking for a place to live cuz they don't actually rent the residences but just the lot to place your mobile home on. In summary it's an absolutely great location that is convenient to Walmart, Weigels, Denso campus, and all the businesses in the hunters crossing shopping plaza.
The owner is cruel to his renters and is not trustworthy
