Visited the ER last night on Dec. 29th with a head injury. Front desk personnel was great and efficient. Nurses that took vitals and info were excellent. Hospital is new and very clean. Reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I was a little disappointed with the Dr. that saw me. She came in for about 5 minutes and told me she would be back as soon as my cat scan results were in. Three hours later and I never saw her again. Nurse came in with results and discharge papers for me to sign. I would have appreciated if she would have come back to see how I was doing and give me the results with instructions.There were only 2 people in waiting room so it was not busy.
Very professional staff members, Doctor's and nurse's. Very well clean and Loved the way the hospital was well built to have lots room to walk. Handy equipped for handicap easy to get around. Security very helpful. Son was treated very well stay in Hospital. He was very pleased.
Attended appointment for my mammogram on Sunday. Check in was very efficient and quick. Radiology tech was extremely conscientious and reassuring during the procedure. She went above and beyond and performed my bone density as well, even though it was initially scheduled for a future date. I like that the hospital has an upgraded 3D mammography machine.
We would like to thank Dr. Fontirronche and his team of consultants for their professionalism. They along with nurses Paula and Elena were caring, knowledgeable, and professional throughout our stay there. If you could get through the ER team personal you should set for the best care possible.
I had to into the ER near my home, it is a small branch. I ended up getting admitted. Staff at this location Ware Rd and Nolana was very informative and helpful about my situation. I had X-Rays done and all. So, I end up getting transferred to one of the main hospitals. Edinburg Regional Hospital It is unbelievable how it went from here. I was admitted to this hospital for 4 days. The Dr. they assigned to me was very passive and showed no concern for my medical issue. He was never in my room for LITERALLY no more than 60 seconds. I ended up getting discharged days later with hardly an explanation of my situation. Not to mention I had to wait hours due to the Dr. not even sending in the medication I needed when I went home. They would try to reach him to get answers about certain things and nothing. Never a reply. As soon as I got out of the hospital, I went straight to a Dr. to get the help I should have gotten at the hospital. Now, I am stuck with a hospital bill for NOTHING! **I must say the staff at the Edinburg Regional Hospital were very kind and helpful**
The place was beautiful and immaculate but the girls up front at the ER were rude and nasty. One was on the phone watching a video and I had to wait and the other girls that came out were very dismissive and one burped very loud and said I needed that. They treated us as if we weren’t even there and talking about personal stuff with each other. The nurse we got, Jude was very nice and informative and some other nurse came and graciously unhooked my daughter to go use the restroom.
It was my fist time ever being admitted to the hospital and I must say it was very scary. However, the amazing staff of nurses,techs and doctors made me feel at ease. Overall a very pleasant experience and I’m truly grateful to all their GREAT staff
It was a extremely good experience. The lady that did my evaluation really help me out to understand my situation with my pain. She explained what needed to be done and what i really liked is that she didn't make promises that it would help since it was 5 month since the operation. Excellent nurse
Every one is nice and attentive. They presented themselves, notified me of their positions and their jobs in my surgery. My husband in the lobby, and myself were kept informed of slight delay and surgery time. We are very happy with Dr. S. Esquivel's Surgery team. GOD Bless you all. Mrs. Leticia V Rodriguez-
Great patient care in the adult ICU unit. All the nurses were very friendly which made the time there better. Only thing I was not happy with was the length of our stay due to having to meet new requirements every time a new on call began their week of being on call.
