If you want to be held against your will without any medication, treated as if your just some annoyance when yourl dare ask or become upset with the absolutely disgusting facility which while I was there was like living inside a used toilet all day. If you really like being fed excuses and nurses that do nothing but blame the fact they won't help you on anything else. This is the spot for you. They don't care if you die on their floor.

Great Children’s psychiatric facility. For Children with Difficult behavioral issues-this is the best place in Texas. We went to several psychiatrists before this facility they only spent 10-15 minutes with child and they all gave him wrong medicine with wrong dosages. This facility was able to observe and help adjustment of medication and found the right ones that work. I have no idea why this facility has low ratings-I suspect it’s a Naïveté on the reviewers who don’t realize how long proper psychiatric care takes.

I went in for an evaluation and the lady who did my evaluation was so nice had a calm soft voice... unfortunately I can't say that for the intake nurse staff.. I'm sorry but they do not belong there... they were in maroon scrubs one looked pregnant and the other was like an older short hair oriental lady.. They do not have the compassion for this jib I could only imagine someone who is really in need in help.. these ladies need extra training or them to be terminated. They talk down on you , ambushed you unfortunately they didn't show there id's because they had them backwards.

Some staff were nice others were rude. I am a 17 year old who went in for struggles of anxiety and depression. It was a dehumanizing experience I would not recommend for any teen struggling with depression and anxiety. I went in with hope to live and left with none.

I encouraged my wife to get help here. 7 days later, she wants a divorce. Please advise counselors to not promote divorce.

I saw Dr. Matos and he was amazing. Kind, patient, takes your concerns under consideration. I had an excellent stay here.

I really need to see a dr for my depression and anxiety but at the moment I don’t have Medicaid or insurance. Is there a low plan here or anything that can help me.

Please please please do not take your children here! They took my son against mine and his will.

Also all that hospital did for me is give me some pills that don't work at all they did absolutely nothing to help me

My grandmother stayed there not so long ago.. she said tech Ericka was very unprofessional calling all the patients “wey” and not wanting to be helpful. she would get annoyed anytime anyone would ask for something
