Perfect for kids 2.5 and older! They do have swings for all ages. They are the type of swings you can swing with your child. The play scape is pretty new. The only downside is that it is close to the road and there is no fence. There is a port a potty if you need to go to the bathroom.  Playground: Seems like a brand new play structure with wood chips.  Restrooms: There is a port a potty  Dog-friendliness: There is a wide open field right next to the play structure. However no fences anywhere.  Picnic area: There is no picnic area

Love this park. Take my dog walking there almost every day. Hardly any wild coyotes this year.

I love this park sooo much! I have been going here since I’ve been born! I live right around the corner and it is very relaxing during the day on a nice sunny day! Unfortunately the school that use to be moved so now it’s a private school so it has changed a little bit but it still has its charm!

we moved to Madison heights over 5 years ago, part of the reason for picking our house was that Edison Park  was only a few blocks away. It had a nice play ground, a hill for sledding and lotts of swings. Literally a few months after moving in they tore down the play set, saying that they would be building a newer one. Well its been 5 years and no play set...it has a few swing sets but thats it.

Nice little neighborhood park.  Great location for it too.  The biggest issue with it is a small, unpaved parking lot.  Might not be a big issue if everyone is walking to it.

The main playscape was removed in Spring of 2019, purportedly following major damage from a tree branch. It has not been replaced, pending a grant for a wheel chair accessable replacement, but certainly not until spring 2020.  It remains to be seen how much of a compromise the replacement is; many such are just a series of ADA ramps, with fanciful decoration but none of the rock walls, slides, or gymnastics challenges that can provide much if the enjoyment to "able" children.

My brother used to go to this school in kindergarten now we are in 7th grade and he said there used to be a huge zip line a huge playsacpe now it’s just a swing and a truck! It’s so fun

Nice park for a picknick the equipment could use an update and parking is on the street. But its decent if your looking for a quiet place

I like the little hill. My dog and I run up and down it all the time. Ppl need to pick up their dog doo so they don’t ban dogs!
