Probably going to be biased because I havent had ALL the teachers at this school. But I've had quite a bit, and I've got to say, 50/50 are rude and inconsiderate people, and the other people are very nice and decent folks. Facility is good. Pretty much no bullying in the IB/AP honors classes as everyone is too focused on doing well on their work but thats put from my perspective. The normal classes however have quite a lot of that.
I did partial IB here, and I didn't really enjoy my high school experience very much. The school caters a lot towards full IB students and I often felt a little helpless being partial. There is also quite a big divide, in my opinion, between the full IB and non-IB kids, and also between the IB and running start kids. Many teachers I had were amazing here, but it only takes a few bad ones to make your experience here kind of crappy. I will say that the music department is amazing here, however! I was in the Chamber/Philharmonic orchestra for 4 years and it was easily one of the best parts of my high school experience because it was an escape from the immense amount of stress caused by my other classes.
I was a student here. The teachers were good, not all of them though. The students were.... Not so nice most of the time... I didn't have good experiences with them. They're mostly all so stuck up and care about who their friends with rather than accepting who the person is for who they are.
I went here for only 3 years and left becuase, I couldn't take it anymore. My counselor didn't listen to me when I wanted to take online classes becuase, I had lost a parent. The 2nd vice principal talks to students in a snobbish manner for no reason. More money should be put into new supplies not another vice principal which they squeezed in 3 last year. Obviously this is not a great facility for new kids. The schools students are very clique-y. In hard to Learn environments unless you're in IB. So unless you're althletic, or smart this school won't like you very much.
Shiii man this is a tough place for new kids cause you’ll be seeing or hearing lots of things you aren’t supposed to, too much drama, too much disobedience, 50/50 of the teachers do their job well while the others are close minded and stupid. Due to drama I have limits of friends because for me I don’t want to be involved in depression and troublesome situations so watch yourself. I guess this is a place that will teach you what the world’s like...
Absolutely love this high school. The teachers and administration are all so helpful. I love their IB program as well.
THIS USED TO BE EDMONDS SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL.,., I GRADUATED FROM EDMONDS SENIOR HIGH.,., IN JUNE OF 1984 & HAD MET MANY PEOPLE THERE., WHO BECAME REALLY GOOD FRIENDS OF MINE...
I had a great experience in 9th grade. Can't wait till next year!!
I was displeased with the students actions toward one another which was unkind due to bully ing and snide comments.
Id rather eat a bag of farts than go to this school.
